Jackson Teece与东京的Nikken Sensai Architects建筑师合作，并被受命担任该项目的设计建筑师，负责这家位于东京市中心充满活力的涩谷的商业和娱乐综合体的外墙概念设计。

Working in collaboration with Nikken Sensai Architects in Tokyo, Jackson Teece was commissioned as design architect for the concept and design of the facade of this retail and recreational complex in the vibrant Shibuya prefecture in Central Tokyo.

这个三层高的地标性商业区和屋顶公园紧邻涩谷站，是该地区为数不多的绿色空间之一，成为振兴Miyashita公园的一部分。

This 3-storey landmark retail precinct and rooftop park in close proximity to the Shibuya Station is one of the few green spaces of the neighborhood, and forms part of the Miyashita Park revitalization.

Due to the local context of the area and close proximity to the park, the design incorporates a series of canopy-like covers that frame the building with planter boxes at the base. Greenery will cover the mesh structures, providing a connection to nature and increasing green space in this dense, urban setting.

   北侧连通的酒店

连续的绿色拱形，形状为三角形，其灵感来自日本传统玻璃器皿中的重复图案。 该项目在场地的北端引入了一家酒店，该酒店定义了这种低层的商业/公园结构，它桥接了一条公共街道连接到行人天桥。

The continuous green arches, triangular in shape were inspired by the repetitious patterns that can be found in traditional Japanese glassware. This project incorporates a hotel at the northern end of the site that defines this low level retail/park structure which bridges a public street and connects to pedestrian overpasses.
