Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), the world’s leading hospitality design firm, has unveiled the design of Hilton Guiyang, the first Hilton hotel to open its doors in this vibrant, up-and-coming city in southwestern China. Providing an atmosphere of understated luxury combined with elements of local culture and landscape, Hilton Guiyang is poised to be an ideal destination for business travelers and families alike visiting from across the globe.

贵阳东景希尔顿酒店位于贵阳市蓬勃发展的政治和经济新中心——观山湖区，地理位置十分优越。酒店为客人提供了一处宁静的休憩之所，在这里客人可以尽情探索贵阳迷人的当地文化。城市名“贵阳”中的“贵”字意味着“珍贵”——这种情感在参与酒店设计的设计师中引起了深刻共鸣。通过将贵阳珍宝般的自然环境和文化背景与现代精致的设计理念结合，HBA在贵阳希尔顿这一当代建筑的“画布”上巧妙地捕捉到专属贵阳的精神。

Hilton Guiyang is conveniently situated in Guanshanhu District, the city’s thriving new political and economic center, offering guests a serene retreat from where they can easily explore the city’s fascinating local culture. The character 贵 gui of “Guiyang” means “precious” - a sentiment that resonated deeply with the designers working on this project. By blending the city’s treasured natural surroundings and cultural backdrop with modern and refined design concepts, HBA has expertly captured the spirit of Guiyang within a contemporary architectural canvas.

前台 | Reception 

步入一楼酒店大堂，一幅气派的景象便映入眼帘：大堂中央悬挂着一座令人惊叹的动态雕塑，雕塑两侧是流动的瀑布，与贵州省的标志性景观——黄果树瀑布相呼应。动态雕塑暖色调的灵感来自日出时映照出的金色天空，而瀑布的灵感来自位于贵阳西南的黄果树瀑布。瀑布玻璃墙不仅为客人进入酒店后映入眼帘的美丽花园镶上了画框，还能起到屏风的作用，为登记入住或在大堂区域休憩的客人营造相对私密的空间。

Upon entering the hotel lobby on L1, guests are instantly met with a spectacular view: In the center hangs a stunning mobile art installation framed on either side by flowing waterfalls, a sight that echoes the iconic scenery of Guizhou, the province in which Guiyang is located. The warm colors of the mobile art installation were inspired by the golden skies of a sunrise, while the waterfalls resemble the Huangguoshu Waterfall, a famous landmark located to the southwest of the city. The waterfall’s glass walls serve not only to frame the beautiful garden situated ahead as guests enter the hotel, but also act as a privacy screen for check-in or relaxing in the lobby area.

An art gallery leads guests to the lobby lounge where they may begin their stay by experiencing the Hilton’s excellent service. The bar lounge is designed to resemble a fashionable store with enticing pastry display cases and modern shelving units that reach the ceiling. Guests are spoilt for choice with a wide selection of elegant drinks and snacks for afternoon tea, which they can enjoy privately by settling in comfortable seating in a cozy nook by the floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the garden, or at the communal tables at the center of the lounge.

大堂吧 | Lobby Lounge Bar Counter

Hilton Guiyang caters to all tastes with a choice of high-end and casual restaurants serving local and international fare. Located on L2, the Chinese Restaurant treats guests to a fine-dining experience with a range of traditional and creative Chinese dishes. To compliment this modern twist on a classic menu, the designers have artfully combined traditional with contemporary elements, developing on the theme of the grand poets dining in a traditional Ming Dynasty era courtyard. A bronze sculpture of a Bonsai tree, traditionally found in imperial courts, welcomes diners at the entrance. Within the elegant dining room, walls are canvassed in leather upholstery paneling with a bespoke vine and flower pattern. Dining tables are surrounded by Ming-style chairs, while intricate lattice panels separate the different sections of the dining area, adding exquisite touches to the imperial ambience.

青雅中餐厅 | Chinese Restaurant

酒店三楼是全天候开放的厨艺全日制餐厅，客人将在这里享受到沉浸式的用餐体验。餐厅为客人提供了温馨、现代、舒适的就餐环境，以及灵活开放的用餐方式。餐厅的设计注重营造轻松的氛围，因此选择了开放式厨房的布局，并设置了现场烹饪台，厨师可以展示他们的厨艺，并与客人互动，出餐台上方的镜子使客人能够在自己的位置上观看厨师烹饪。整个餐厅空间设计采用铜色和黄铜色调，营造出一种温馨又亲切的氛围，开放式厨房区用于烹饪各式菜肴的专用厨具起到了装饰的作用，为沉浸式就餐体验增加实境感。厨艺全日制餐厅为客人提供各种中外特色早、中、晚餐，并设有甜点站的休息区、家庭就餐区和包厢。

Venture up to L3 and guests will be treated to an immersive all-day dining experience at Hilton Guiyang’s Kitchen Craft restaurant. Here, a flexible and open approach to dining is offered in a warm, modern and comfortable environment. The design of the restaurant emphasizes the relaxed atmosphere, with live cooking stations arranged in an open kitchen layout enabling chefs to demonstrate their skills and interact with diners. Angled mirrors above the kitchen pass allow diners to view the action from their tables. The use of copper and brass tones throughout the space creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while cooking utensils specific to the various cuisines served decorate the cooking stations, adding authenticity to the experience. The restaurant offers a wide variety of local and international specialties for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also features a cozy lounge with a dessert station, a family-friendly zone, and private dining rooms.

全日制餐厅 | All Day Dinning

Hilton Guiyang offers a range of event venues, including function spaces and divisible ballrooms. The Grand Ballroom can be arranged for a multitude of functions, from conferences to weddings, and can seat up to 450 guests in a banquet setting. Conveying the sentiment of purity, brilliance and perfection, this elegant room is beautifully illuminated by circular chandeliers crafted from numerous diamond-shaped crystals, offering guests a truly memorable experience.

贵阳希尔顿酒店共有299间各式客房及套房。酒店客房以贵州当地风景为主题，为客人提供宾至如归的入住体验，营造出高端住宅般的质感和温馨的氛围。客房设计应用了明快现代的线条和黑色金属边框装饰，并搭配橙色和蓝色软装，如同展开出一幅富有暖色调氛围的画卷。房内地毯配有流畅自然的纹案，纹案灵感来源于贵州地区标志性的水稻梯田地形。房内反复出现的橙色板块则再现了贵阳的日出令人惊叹的绚烂色彩。橙色皮革饰面的迷你酒吧柜仿佛一个高奢品牌行李箱。不过客人不需要把自己的衣物放在行李箱里，因为房中已设有宽敞的步入式衣帽间。客人可以在靠窗的舒适躺椅上休憩放松，在多功能餐桌上享受客房用餐。

Hilton Guiyang has 299 guestrooms and suites located in the hotel’s guest tower. Further developing on the theme of local landscapes, the guest rooms offer a truly comfortable homely stay with a high-end residential feel and warm ambience. The interior architecture’s clean, modern lines and black metal accents create a canvas for the warm shades of orange and blue used in the soft furnishings. Patterned carpets decorated with organic, flowing strokes were inspired by the topographic lines of Guizhou’s iconic rice terraces, while a rust orange color pallet repeated throughout the room imitate the bright hues of Guiyang’s stunning sunrises. A mini bar cabinet upholstered in orange leather resembles a stylish, luxury brand luggage trunk - but guests need not keep their clothing in their suitcases, as a spacious walk-in wardrobe has been incorporated into the layout. Guests can relax in the comfortable lounge chair by the window and enjoy in-room dining at the multi-functional table.
