1. Foreign Architect (International Design Team)

Qualifications & Skills:

1.0–5 years of professional experience in architecture; Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture (or related field).

2.Solid foundational design skills with demonstrated conceptual understanding.

3.Passionate about architectural design, with agile creativity and innovative problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

4.Preferred proficiency in design software (Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, D5).

5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6.English / French as primary working language.

2. 方案建筑师 SD Architect

Qualifications & Skills:

1.建筑设计本科以上学历,1-3年工作经验，过往项目以公建类项目为主；

2.中英文流利，具有优秀的方案设计能力/深化设计能力；

3.建模能力优秀，熟练掌握Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, D5 等设计软件；

4.热爱设计，拥有激情，充满正能量；

5.流利的英语口语及交流能力。

1.Bachelor^s degree or above in Architecture; 1–3 years of professional experience, with a focus on public-sector projects.

2.Fluent in both Chinese and English; exceptional scheme design and/or design development capabilities.

3.Strong modeling skills; proficient in design software including Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and D5 etc.

4.Passionate about design, driven, and positive-minded.

5.Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.

3. 建筑深化设计师 DD Architect

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 建筑设计本科以上学历,5左右建筑设计经验，过往项目以公建类项目为主；

2. 具有初设、施工图设计经验，如具备方案设计能力优先考虑；

3. 熟练掌握Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, Sketch-up, D5 等设计软件；

4. 热爱设计，拥有激情，充满正能量；

5. 英语可沟通即可；

1.Bachelor^s degree or above in Architecture; approximately 5 years of architectural design experience, primarily in public-sector projects.

2.Experience in preliminary design (preliminary design phase) and construction documentation; scheme design skills are a plus.

3.Proficient in design software including Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and D5.

4.Passionate about design, driven, and positive-minded.

5.Basic English communication skills (conversational level sufficient).

4. 室内设计师 Interior Designer(Commercial/Retail Focus)

Qualifications & Skills:

1.建筑设计或室内设计本科以上学历,2- 3年左右工作经验；具有商业/零售类项目相关的室内设计经验；

2.具备室内设计深化能力，熟悉制图规范、施工工艺、流程等；

3.熟练掌握Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D max, Lumion, D5等绘图软件及相关计算机软件；

4.3D 和 图片处理能力优秀；

5.热爱设计，拥有激情，充满正能量；

6. 英语可沟通即可；

1.Bachelor^s degree or above in Architecture or Interior Design; 2-3 years of professional experience, with a focus on commercial/retail-related interior design projects.

2.Proficient in interior design detailing, familiar with drawing standards, construction techniques, and workflow.

3.Skilled in graphic software including Rhino, AutoCAD, and Photoshop, 3D max, Lumion, D5 as well as related computer applications.

4.Strong 3D modeling and image processing capabilities.

5.Passionate about design, driven, and positive-minded.

6.Basic English communication skills.

5. 建筑实习生 Architecture Intern

Qualifications & Skills:

1.建筑学专业，全日制本科三年级以上或研究生在读；

2.能够熟练使用Rhino D5, AutoCAD, Sketchup等设计及绘图软件；

3.拥有浓厚的创新意识，良好的设计理念，以及较强的学习能力；

4.具备大型建筑设计企业/外企实习经验者优先考虑；

5.实习时间3个月以上，每周到岗5天；

1.Currently pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree (Year 3 or above) or a graduate degree in Architecture.

2.Proficient in design and drafting software including Rhino, D5, AutoCAD, and SketchUp etc.

3.Strong innovative mindset, solid design sensibility, and excellent learning ability.

4.Prior internship experience at large-scale architectural firms or international enterprises is preferred.

5.Minimum 3-month internship commitment with 5-day weekly on-site attendance required.
