Architect Intern 建筑实习生

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture design or related field

2.Fully conversant with drafting in AutoCAD and SketchUp, expertise in InDesign is preferred 

3.Ensure 3 work days per week or a full-time duration for more than 3 months

4.Good command in English, written and oral communication

5. Unstand the design process of architectural projects

6. Experience in a foreign architecture firm or cooperate an advantage

7.Good skills on AutoCAD, PhotoShop, SketchUp, InDesign 

8. Attention to detail, responsible and hard working

任职要求：

1.建筑设计或相关专业毕业，本科学历以上

2.有良好英语读写及沟通能力

3.至少2年以上建筑设计相关工作经验

Senior Architect 高级建筑师

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in architecture, 5-year project design experience, preferably with overseas education or working exposure

2. International and visionary design sense; as chief designer working on large scale public/private projects, good coordination techniques with local design institutes on project execution

3. Strong interest on art and architecture, with good skills on CAD, PhotoShop, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, InDesign; proficiency on Rhino/Grasshopper or other parametric software preferred 

4. Strong leadership and coordination skills, capable to lead and manage design team independently

5. Good communication and presentation techniques and service sense, can handle client relationship independently

6. English as one of the working language of proficient level

任职要求：

Project Manager 项目经理

Qualifications:

1. A professional degree in Architecture

2. 8+ years of experience

3. Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit strongly preferred

4. Advanced knowledge of project design process, construction documentation & administration

5. Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationship and build new ones

6. Experience negotiating and managing project scope and fees as well as risk management and financial accountability

7. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

8. Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of junior staff

9. Effective verbal and written communication skills

10. Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn

11. Collaborative and professional work ethic

Marketing Assistant 市场助理

Responsibilities:

1.Assist the daily work of the marketing and branding, including assisting marketing activities, marketing data management and branding promotion

2.Assist the marketing manager to prepare the bidding documents and service proposals

3.Assist in other activities of the marketing department, such as participation in related activities, meetings and etc. which assigned by other superiors

Qualifications:

主要职责：

Responsibilities:

1.Draw up and carry out reasonable action plan for BD, Marketing and Branding.

2.Collect and analyze the marketing information by various channels.

3.Build up and maintain the relationship with all clients including public media.

4.Conduct weekly meetings with team members and solve the problem which occurred in the work of business development and contract execution.

5.Mentor new staff members and train them to familiar with the standards and procedures of Chapman Taylor.

6.Cooperate with the staff in Operation Dept. to deal with the payment issue.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above in marketing or relevant major

2.More than five years relevant working and management experiences in major design firm

3.Sufficient at professional office software as MS Office, PhotoShop, InDesign,etc.

4.English as one of the working languages of proficient level

主要职责：

1.制定并执行合理的商务拓展，营销和品牌计划
