Chinese speaking technical architect 5+ years’ experience

MVRDV目前正在寻找2位中文为母语且经验丰富的执行建筑师。

该职位的工作地点为MVRDV上海项目办公室。

MVRDV is looking for two experienced Chinese speaking architects.

The positions are based at MVRDV project office in Shanghai.

要求

REQUIREMENTS

• 建筑专业学位。

  Professional degree as an architect.

• 母语为中文，并有极强的英文口语和书写能力。

  Chinese speaking architect with good spoken and written communication in English.

• 对设计的各个阶段都具有良好的知识和经验，至少5年以上方案及扩初设计经验。请提供相关作品履历。
  

  Strong knowledge and experience in all phases of design, with at least 5 years of proven experience during schematic design and design development phases.

• 具备设计高层混合用途建筑（尤其在中国）的工作经验。

  Experience in mix-used high rise developments, preferably in China.

• 良好掌握并熟练应用中国的相关法规、规范以及建筑施工工艺。

  Excellent knowledge and experience in Chinese regulations, codes and building technics.

• 具有通过创新思维解决建筑问题的能力。

  Ability to work out technical architectural solutions through innovative thinking.

• 扎实的经验和良好的团队协作能力。

  Solid experience and ability to coordinate teams and disciplines.

• 良好的AutoCAD，Rhino和Adobe Suite软件操作知识及技术。

  Strong AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Suite knowledge.

• 熟悉REVIT。

  Knowledge of REVIT.

• 工作态度积极、能够主动解决问题并且具有关联性思维。

  Proactive, problem solving mindset and interconnected thinking.

• 具有在复杂国际环境下工作的经验。

  Working experience in complex and international environments.

• 具有团队合作精神。

  Is a collaborative team player.

• 熟知MVRDV的作品和理念。

  Solid knowledge of MVRDV’s work and theory.
