"Curved Weaving Realm" — the KINCANG Curve Lounge, designed by LYCS Architecture for KINCANG Group, is located in the core district of Keqiao, Shaoxing. Covering a total area of 2,393 square meters, LYCS Architecture was responsible for the interior design, exhibition planning, curated installations, and multimedia production. Integrating corporate reception, headquarters office, and brand showcase functions, the project aims to present KINCANG's brand spirit and craftsmanship through an immersive spatial experience, creating a branded environment that merges functionality with narrative expression.

Nestled on the banks of the Jianhu Lake within the scenic Keyan area of Shaoxing, the site enjoys a poetic backdrop of black-awning boats drifting across the water—an iconic image once experienced by luminaries such as Lu Xun, Sun Yat-sen, and Zhou Enlai. The project's waterside-mountainous setting, separated from the urban core by just one ridge, evokes a distinctive aura of "seclusion within the city."

KINCANG Group has been deeply rooted in Shaoxing for over 30 years and is recognized as a leading local real estate developer. It is widely known for its signature design language—the “KINCANG Curve.”The design strategy—"A Tranquil Journey Through Time and Space"—weaves curvilinear motifs with modern metaphors. By translating the spatial journey of traditional Chinese gardens into an immersive architectural experience, the project constructs a place for storytelling and connection.

项目由中式仿古建筑改造而来，入口庭院延续了“四水归堂”的中式意向，水院中央布置松石景观，屋顶保留精致斗拱，呈现静谧雅致的气质。传统元素与自然语言融合，传达出一种温润、内敛而富有仪式感的迎宾体验。

The project is a renovation of a traditional-style Chinese building. The entrance courtyard adopts the classical spatial motif of “Four Waters Returning to the Hall,” with a central water feature composed of pine rocks. The original roof structure with intricate dugong brackets is carefully preserved. Integrating traditional architectural elements with natural landscape language creates a serene and refined atmosphere, offering visitors a warm, understated, and ceremonial welcome experience.

The undulating ceiling visually echoes the water ripples within the public zone, guiding movement and awakening an intuitive connection to the brand's soft power. The curvilinear spatial cue runs throughout, shaping both navigation and narrative.

第二庭院中，设计以玻璃与木材构建坡顶盒子空间，自然光通过水纹玻璃折射，形成柔和灵动的光影氛围。仿若古典园林中亭台楼阁的现代重构，使光影成为空间主角，增添环境的诗性节奏。

A pitched-roof structure crafted from glass and timber in the second courtyard is a luminous box. Natural daylight, filtered through ripple-textured glass, fills the space with gentle movement and ethereal light. The setting reinterprets the traditional garden pavilion through a modern lens, where light becomes the protagonist and imbues the environment with poetic rhythm.

Curved motifs are inlaid into a monochrome marble floor, showcasing miniature models of key KINCANG projects such as Egrets Waves Residence. The flexible space can also adapt to events, talks, and media releases.

展厅通过多媒体与互动装置呈现金昌的品牌理念与技术工艺。核心装置“精神堡垒”以立体LED构建三维虚拟曲线，演绎高迪所言“直线属于人类，曲线属于上帝”的哲学意象。装置由立体矩阵分布的线形LED灯珠构成，演绎重力干涉下自然曲线生成的过程，流动的视觉图像强化参观者的沉浸感和感知记忆。

The exhibition hall presents KINCANG’s brand philosophy and technical craftsmanship through multimedia and interactive installations. At the center is the core installation, the “Spiritual Fortress,” which uses three-dimensional LED arrays to construct virtual curves in space, evoking Gaudí’s notion that “the straight line belongs to man, the curve to God.” Composed of a spatial matrix of linear LED light nodes, the installation simulates the formation of natural curves under the influence of gravity, with fluid visual imagery that enhances visitors’ sense of immersion and perceptual memory.

半透明印花玻璃与金属屏风划分空间，既“隔而不绝”，又引导访客在其中自由漫游，沉浸式体验金昌的品牌故事。玻璃上还印刻了金昌过往项目的建筑手稿，为参观路径增添历史厚度，也形成品牌发展的时光长廊。

Semi-transparent printed glass and metal screens divide yet to connect the interior, allowing visitors to wander and immerse themselves in KINCANG's brand story freely. Architectural sketches of the company's past developments are etched into the glass, lending historical depth to the journey and transforming the hallway into a brand timeline.

将金昌曲面定制的制作工艺具象为多个工序图像，以材质、工艺更迭故事线的逻辑展开展示，以固定内容结合液晶屏的形式，动静结合，让人直观了解金昌曲面的工艺发展故事。科技与文化相互赋能，形成品牌价值与技术实力的双重表达。

A sequence of detailed production diagrams visualizes the customized fabrication process of the KINCANG curved surfaces. Presented in a narrative logic that follows the evolution of materials and techniques, the exhibition combines static content with dynamic LCD screens to offer an intuitive understanding of the craftsmanship behind the KINCANG surfaces. This interplay of technology and culture reinforces the brand’s design value and technical strength, delivering a dual expression of innovation and identity.

穿越第三庭院，步入湖畔水榭，会客厅以泼墨屏风、黑白石材与木结构屋顶营造出沉稳中式氛围。景致引入室内，营造“室内暗下去，鉴湖亮起来”的视野体验，使得谈话在风景中悄然展开。

Passing through the third courtyard, guests arrive at a lakeside pavilion. The reception space features ink-wash-inspired screens, monochrome stone, and timber-framed roofs that evoke a composed and elegant Chinese tone. The outside view flows inward, contrasting dim interiors and the glowing lake, inviting quiet conversations amid the scenery.

三楼金顶包厢以金箔制作成曲线屋顶造型彰显礼遇感，适用于高规格商务接待。其在材质与空间气质上的强调，为重要来宾营造出私密、尊贵、独特的场域氛围。

The third-floor gold-roofed VIP suite features a curving ceiling finished in gold leaf, conveying ceremonial prestige ideal for high-level business engagements. The material richness and spatial drama create a sense of privacy, dignity, and distinction for honored guests.

此外，项目还设有多间风格多样的会客与会议空间，满足不同使用需求。从简约到沉稳、从正式到松弛，场景的多样性回应了企业日常运营的多维节奏。

In addition, various reception and meeting rooms throughout the project address different functional needs. The diverse atmospheres accommodate the multifaceted rhythms of corporate life, ranging from minimalist to formal, relaxed to refined.

此次改造不仅是空间形态的更新，更是一种企业精神场域的重塑。作为“度假式办公2.0”的延续，金昌曲线馆在传统与当代之间找到平衡，以空间讲述品牌、以体验触发连接，构建出属于企业的当代表达与接待方式。

This renovation represents more than just a spatial update—it is a redefinition of corporate spirit. As an evolution of the "Resort-style Workplace 2.0," the KINCANG Curve Lounge finds an equilibrium between tradition and modernity. Using space to tell the brand's story and experience to foster connection establishes a contemporary corporate representation and hospitality mode.
