场地空间狭长，

建筑距离市政道路边界只有20米的进深。

The space is long and narrow,

Distance of the building from urban roads -  20 meters.

一方面我们需要强化城市界面的昭示性；

在很有限的进深空间尽量拉长空间体验；

同时我们希望做一个开放性的空间，能够让市民不经意间走进来

感受到空间的友好。

We need to strengthen urban interface.

Meanwhile, we are creating an open space,

So that people could walk in unexpectedly,

Then feel friendliness.

邯郸，人们对当下城市的印象

灰蒙蒙的天气比较多，城市的色调不够绿……

于此种种，我们希望在有限的空间里，

造一方城市山林，给市民一处触摸自然的场域，

一木，一石，一水，唤醒最自然的感动。

Handan, the image of this city

Often in mist, lack of green...

So we tried to create a field

Giving people a chance to feel the nature.

Forest, stone, water,

Awake feelings towards the nature.

弧墙之间，水溪相融，

道路贯穿，花木相伴；

Among walls, the streams flow.

Roads run across, flowers grows under trees.

晨光微露，薄雾缦绕，

鸟吟悦鸣，鱼群飞跃。

Dews in morning, mist rising around,

Birds sings, fish swims.

水台之上的白色装置，

占据着整个场地的视觉焦点。

The white feature could be seen

everywhereas the focus of this site.

孩童踏着水台，奔跑来回，嬉戏玩闹，留下纯真的欢笑；

青年踏水而上，抬头仰望，留下沉思遐想；

中年驻足停留，凝视水溪，感受当下的生活；

老年听水溪潺潺，看花木摇曳，感悟人生的厚度。

Children are running, playing and laughing;

Yong men are looking around, walking andthinking;

Adults are standing, staring at the streamsand feeling everything;

The elderly are listening to water, watchingflowers and feeling their life.

白色装置，更是一种精神性的存在，

寄托着人们对未来生活无限深远的憧憬……

The white feature, more like a being ofspirit,

Carrying the dream of people for thefuture.

倚一片城市山林，

织一段缱绻时光。

Living in an urban forest,

We share a wonderful lifetime.
