2025年3月，盖博建筑国际执行总裁兼中国区总裁马睿思（Marius Ryrko）开启中国访问行程，首站到访上海，即推动多项合作与交流活动。作为重要议程，盖博建筑与同济大学建筑设计研究院签署战略合作协议，双方深度合作前景值得期待；马睿思一行亦参访了上海市住建委科技委事务中心，就绿色建筑、低碳与智慧城市等议题展开交流。在上海行程后，马睿思也前往济南，回访与实地考察了当地数个盖博建筑项目。从回访“复盘”到前瞻合作，盖博建筑将持续深化在中国的创新实践。

In March 2025, Marius Ryrko, Managing Director of Gerber Architekten International GmbH, commenced his official visit to China with Shanghai as his first stop, advancing a series of cooperative and exchange initiatives. A key agenda of the tour was the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Gerber Architekten and the Tongji Architectural Design(Group), laying the groundwork for promising in-depth collaboration. Concurrently, Mr. Ryrko led a delegation to the Science and Technology Committee Center of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-rural Development, where they held dialogues on green building practices, low-carbon development, and smart city technologies. Marius also traveled to Jinan to revisit completed projects which designed by Gerber Architekten in the city. From projects reviews to forward-looking collaborations, Gerber Architekten will keep advancing innovation in China.

Strategic Cooperation with Tongji 

由盖博建筑国际执行总裁兼中国区总裁马睿思（Marius Ryrko）主领，盖博建筑与同济大学建筑设计研究院签署战略合作协议，双方就未来共同探索建筑领域的创新实践达成共识。

Architectural Dialogues between China and Germany

在上海行程期间，马睿思一行也参访了上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会科学技术委员会（简称：住建委科技委）。双方围绕建筑领域前沿技术、绿色可持续发展及合作方向展开深入交流。盖博建筑重点分享了智能化设计、城市规划、建筑与景观设计等项目中的实践成果，科技委事务中心则介绍了其在智库建设、技术保障等领域的核心职能。会议聚焦绿色建筑标准、低碳城市更新等议题，探讨了双方在技术创新与项目协同上的合作潜力。

此次交流活动为中德建筑领域的合作搭建了桥梁，双方达成共识，将进一步加强沟通与协作，共同探索在绿色建筑、智慧城市等领域的合作机会，为推动建筑行业的可持续发展贡献力量。

During the Shanghai trip, Mr. Marius Ryrko and the team also visited the Science and Technology Committee Center of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-rural Development. The two parties engaged in in-depth communications on cutting-edge architectural technologies, sustainable development, and future cooperation opportunities. Gerber Architekten highlighted its advancements in urban planning, architectural, and landscape design projects, while the Science and Technology Affairs Center outlined its core functions in think tank development and technological support. 

This visit has established a significant bridge for cooperation between China and Germany in the architectural field, with both sides agreeing to enhance communication and collaboration.

回访济南

Revisiting Jinan Projects

During the trip to Jinan, Mr. Marius Ryrko also revisited multiple completed projects designed by Gerber Architekten. The projects in Jinan span architecture, landscape, and urban planning. Marius personally inspected several completed developments including: the International Financial City in Central Business Area, the Jinshi Center, Lishan Smart Education Valley, Minghu International Information Technology Application Innovation Industrial Park and Lishan Art Education Valley.These projects align with the city’s core development axis, enhancing urban functionality and living standards.

行程中，马睿思非常关注建成项目的完成度与实际运营状态。济南是一座历史底蕴与现代化进程交织的城市，盖博建筑的实践通过形态创新、空间重构与材料实验，探索在地性与前瞻性的平衡。而最初的建筑形态与功能构想又会在日后长久的使用、复杂的发展进程中发生变化。通过持续回访以及对建筑真实使用情况的观察，回访也在反馈与给予新的思考。盖博建筑有关设计与城市的故事仍在继续。

During the site visit, Mr. Mryko focused on assessing the construction quality and operational performance of completed projects. Jinan, a city blending historical heritage with modernization, serves as a ground for Gerber Architekten to balance local context and forward-thinking through innovation, spatial reconfiguration, and material experimentation. Yet, original designs inevitably evolve through real use and urban dynamics. Post-occupancy reviews and observations of daily adaptation yield fresh insights. Our story of intertwining design with urban evolution continues to unfold.
