Leveraging over 20,000 project views on its platform, this year's awards will rigorously select 100 top projects (Top 10 per category) across ten categories based on five key dimensions: design innovation, project completion, technological breakthrough, sustainability, and health & comfort. The final list will be unveiled on June 30th, setting a new annual benchmark for design value in the industry.

Unlike traditional judging, this year's awards pioneer a disruptive logic: "Assessing Design Value Through Communication Impact." True "cross-boundary influence" is achieved only when a project resonates simultaneously with the public, media, and professionals. This mechanism compels design firms to embed "communication-friendly" principles into their creative DNA, helping developers create traffic-generating landmarks and achieve mutual empowerment of social value and commercial premium.

As a leading media platform with 22 years of industry depth (founded in 2003), the ARCHINA Annual Architecture Awards, backed by media credibility and professional influence, has become a core barometer for forecasting design trends. This year's selection focuses on projects completed and operational between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, covering ten core categories:
