建筑学相关专业本科三年级以上或研究生在读，有实习经验优先；Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (third year or above) or a Master’s program in Architecture or a related field; prior internship experience is preferred;
能够熟练使用Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator 及 InDesign 等平面设计及编辑软件；Proficient in graphic design and layout software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
拥有较强方案设计和造型能力，熟练使用Rhino+grasshopper建模，熟练使用CAD，擅长渲染、参数化设计优先；Demonstrates strong conceptual and form-finding skills; proficient in Rhino + Grasshopper and AutoCAD. Experience in rendering and parametric design will be considered an advantage;
拥有BIM经验，熟练使用Revit优先；Familiarity with BIM processes is preferred; proficiency in Revit is a plus.
拥有流利的普通话和英文水平，适应中英文双语的工作环境；Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment;
具有可持续性设计能力优先，能够使用相关软件进行性能驱动设计分析；Knowledge or experience in sustainable design, including performance-based design analysis using related software, will be regarded favorably.
具备良好的专业基础和建筑素养，善于沟通和团队协作，对建筑及城市学课题研究等工作内容有兴趣和热情。Possesses a solid architectural foundation, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and a genuine interest in architecture, urban design, and research-oriented work.
实习时间：Working time 一周到岗时间至少为4天，实习时间不少于6个月，可随时到岗为佳。Minimum of 4 days per week, for a period of at least 6 months.
