协助项目经理管理建筑项目，确保工作按时、在预算范围内以最高质量标准完成；Assist Project Manager on leading and managing architectural projects, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality;
在项目经理的统筹下，参与并监督项目各阶段的推进，包括前期策划、方案设计、设计深化、施工图及施工配合阶段；In alignment with Project Manager, oversee all phases of project development, including programming, design, documentation, and construction administration;
协助项目经理建立并维护与客户、顾问及其他关键相关方的良好合作关系；Assist Project Manager on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders;
参与并独立进行客户汇报，清晰、有效地传达设计理念与意图；Conduct client presentations and communicate design intent effectively;
协助项目经理管理初级建筑师及设计团队，促进团队专业成长与发展；Assist Project Manager on leading, mentoring, and managing junior architects and design staff, fostering their professional growth and development;
参与团队成员的绩效评估，并提供建设性反馈；Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
指导并带领初级建筑师，确保设计符合相关建筑规范、法规及最佳效果；Lead and mentor junior architects to ensure that design comply with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices;
指导并带领初级建筑师使用 AutoCAD、Revit 等软件完成建筑图纸、效果图及模型的制作；Lead and mentor junior architect to prepare detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.;
参与来自鹿特丹总部的设计评审，并就设计方案及优化方向提出专业意见；Participate in design reviews from Rotterdam and provide input on design solutions and improvements;
带领初级建筑师编制并管理项目相关文件，包括图纸、技术说明及报告等；Lead junior architects to prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, specification, and reports;
确保所有项目文件的准确性，并符合项目要求及行业标准；Lead junior architects to ensure that all documentation is accurate and adheres to project requirements and industry standards;
指导初级建筑师准备客户会议及项目投标/汇报所需的材料；Lead junior architects to prepare for the presentation materials for client meetings and project proposals;
协助项目经理与工程师、顾问及其他专业顾问的协调工作，确保设计与施工各环节的顺利衔接；Assist Project Manager on coordinating with engineers, consultants, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of design and construction elements;
协助项目经理进行项目进度、预算及资源管理，并及时应对项目过程中出现的问题或变更；Assist project Manager on managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, addressing any issues or changes that arise;
根据项目规模及复杂程度，独立或配合项目经理进行施工现场踏勘与检查，监控施工进度，确保施工符合设计要求。Conduct site visits and inspections independently/with PM (depending on size and complexity to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
职位要求Requirements
建筑学或相关专业硕士学历；Master's degree in architecture or a related field;
具备扎实的技术背景、知识储备丰富的专业人才；Developing professional with a broad range of knowledge in technical design;
约 5–8 年建筑设计及项目管理相关工作经验，有国际建筑事务所工作经验者优先；Approximately 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in an international architecture firm;
英语流利，普通话能力为加分项；Fluent in English; Mandarin is an asset;
熟练掌握相关设计软件及工具，涵盖二维与三维设计应用，包括Rhino、BIM 等；Proficient in relevant software applications, including both 2D&3D design tools including Rhino, BIM;

能够熟练使用Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator 及 InDesign 等平面设计及编辑软件；Proficient in graphic design and layout software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
拥有较强方案设计和造型能力，熟练使用Rhino+grasshopper建模，熟练使用CAD，擅长渲染、参数化设计优先；Demonstrates strong conceptual and form-finding skills; proficient in Rhino + Grasshopper and AutoCAD. Experience in rendering and parametric design will be considered an advantage;
拥有BIM经验，熟练使用Revit优先；Familiarity with BIM processes is preferred; proficiency in Revit is a plus;
拥有流利的普通话和英文水平，适应中英文双语的工作环境；Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment;
具有可持续性设计能力优先，能够使用相关软件进行性能驱动设计分析；Knowledge or experience in sustainable design, including performance-based design analysis using related software, will be regarded favorably;
具备良好的专业基础和建筑素养，善于沟通和团队协作，对建筑及城市学课题研究等工作内容有兴趣和热情。Possesses a solid architectural foundation, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and a genuine interest in architecture, urban design, and research-oriented work.
