Junior Designer

岗位职责：
Responsibilities:

• 能够通过创新思维解决技术与设计问题。
  Solve technical and design problems through innovative thinking.

• 具备较强的设计与图面表达能力。
  Strong design and representation skills.

• 根据项目需要制作、更新并优化图纸与模型。
  Create, update, and optimize drawings and models as required by the project.

• 工作有条理，具备时间管理能力，能在压力下完成任务。
  Work in an organized manner, demonstrate strong time management skills, and complete tasks under pressure.

• 对工作有高度主动性，能积极响应团队需求。
  Be highly proactive and responsive to team needs.

• 具备良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作意识。
  Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.

• 乐于接受新方法，适应迭代式工作流程。
  Be open to new methods and adapt to iterative workflows.

• 积极参与团队讨论，并遵循项目负责人的指导。

• 参与实体模型和数字模型的制作。

  Contribute to both physical and digital model making.

我们希望你具备以下条件：
The Ideal Candidate:

• 建筑学本科及以上学历。

  A professional degree in architecture.

• 至少 1–3 年建筑设计相关工作经验。

  1–3 years of professional architectural experience.

• 中英文听说读写良好，能适应国际团队与双语项目环境。

  Proficiency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written; able to thrive in an international team environment and bilingual project delivery.

• 熟练掌握 AutoCAD、Rhino、Adobe Suite；优先考虑 Grasshopper、D5 及 Revit 技术熟练的设计师。

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite; Grasshopper, D5, and Revit skills are a plus.

• 了解建筑材料、设计规范、审批流程及施工工艺，并具有进阶学习的意愿。

  Familiarity with building materials, codes, approval processes, and construction techniques, with enthusiasm to learn.

• 工作高效、思维清晰，具备良好的时间管理与任务统筹能力。

  Highly efficient, clear-thinking, with strong time management and task coordination skills.

• 注重细节，追求表达清晰准确，具备较高标准。

  Attention to detail, commitment to clear and accurate communication, and a high standard of work.

• 工作主动，富有责任感，具备良好团队合作精神与开放心态。

  Proactive, responsible, with strong teamwork skills and an open mindset.

• 有项目全程经验者优先。

  Full scope project delivery experience is a plus.

• 有国际建筑事务所背景或跨国合作经验者优先。

  Candidates with experience at international architecture firms or in multi-national collaborations are preferred.
