工作职位：
初级建筑设计师
+ 1至3年建筑设计相关工作经验，有建成项目经验者优先；
+ 具有较强的建筑与城市设计能力，对空间、形式与城市关系有良好理解；建筑设计实习生（实习期不少于三个月）
+ 建筑学或相关专业在校学生；
+ 具备良好的设计表达、案例分析、建模及渲染能力；
+ 具备较强的学习能力、责任感与团队合作意识；
+ 能适应较快的工作节奏，并积极参与项目协作；
+ 熟练使用 AutoCAD、Rhino、Adobe 系列软件；
+ 熟悉 Grasshopper 或 AI辅助设计工具者优先；
+ 中英双语能力优秀者优先。工作许可：
中国籍申请人不需要额外工作许可；外国籍申请人若需持有Z签证，PC&P会协助工作签证事宜

PC&P Shanghai is hiring architectural designers and interns!
We are looking for talent who are passionate about design, full of creativity, and have a strong collaborative spirit to take part in international projects across various scales and typologies.
Our project types include but are not limited to: urban mixed-use complexes, urban renewal, TOD (Transit-Oriented Development), and urban planning, among other international design projects of different scales. Programs cover diverse functions such as high-end residential, office, hotel, retail, culture, and more.
We expect candidates to collaborate efficiently and deliver high-quality design work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. At the same time, they should be able to deeply understand project concepts and urban logic, and actively contribute innovative design thinking through design, research, and technical tools.
Work Location:
692 Yongjia Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai（Yong Ping Lane）
Position
Junior Architectural Designer
+ 1 to 3 years of relevant architectural design work experience; experience with built projects is preferred.
+ Strong architectural and urban design skills, with a sound understanding of space, form, and urban relationships.
+ Proactive personality, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
+ Able to adapt to a fast project pace and possess a certain level of multi-tasking coordination ability.
+ Able to quickly grasp project design logic and participate efficiently in various design phases.
+ Familiar with Chinese building codes and project delivery processes.
+ Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Knowledge of Grasshopper and parametric design workflows is preferred.
+ Familiarity with AI-assisted design, image generation, and related workflows is preferred.
+ Revit capability is preferred.
+ Excellent bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
Architectural Design Intern (Duration: no less than 3 months)
+ Currently enrolled student in architecture or a related field.
+ Good skills in design representation, case analysis, modeling, and rendering.
+ Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and a cooperative team spirit.
+ Able to adapt to a fast working pace and actively participate in project collaboration.
+ Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Familiarity with Grasshopper or AI-assisted design tools is preferred.
+ Excellent bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
Work Permit:
Chinese nationals do not require an additional work permit. For foreign nationals who need to hold a Z visa, PC&P will assist with work visa matters.*
