2017年Beth获得两项女性领袖奖（妇女议题领导奖和由澳大利亚昆士兰州城市发展学会及星狮地产联合颁发的杰出女性领导奖）。Beth的商业智慧和理念反映了普利斯设计集团支持女性担任领导管理角色的企业文化。

As the recipient of two Women in Leadership awards in 2017 (Women’s Agenda Leadership Award and UDIA QLD and Frasers Property – Women in Leadership Award), Mrs Toon’s business acumen and approach reflects Place Design Group’s culture committed to supporting women in leadership and management roles.

Toon女士表示：“作为首席执行官，我会继续保持对职场多元化的关注。我们9人的董事会中有3位女性成员。我可以很自豪地说，这与澳大利亚公司董事学会所建议的30%女性董事比例相一致。” 

“In my role as CEO, I am committed to continuing our focus on diversity in the workplace. We have three female members on our 9-member board, which I’m proud to say aligns with the 30 percent target recommendation of the Australian Institute of Company Directors,” Mrs Toon said.

With a cross-country, cross-cultural workforce, Place Design Group recognise the value of diversity in the workplace holistically.

最近，普利斯设计集团入围由澳大利亚地产委员会发起的多元化大奖（公司规模小于250名员工单元，共3家入围公司）。该奖项认可并推动入围公司为地产行业的多元化做出的全方位、长期积极贡献。

Recently been announced as a finalist in the Property Council of Australia Diversity Awards, Place Design Group is one of three finalists in the Award for Diversity <250 Employees.  This category recognises and promotes the positive contribution made by organisations that demonstrate holistic and long-term commitment to diversity within the property industry.
