The right candidate should be able to help us to explore new project opportunities and drive revenue streams across the region. This position will focus on identifying project opportunities in the Asia Pacific region, also establishing long-term partnerships with potential and existing customers.

主要工作职责：

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

· 发展并维护公司客户关系，发掘新客户及项目机会；

· To Initiate and develop and maintainbusiness relationships with clients. Identify new clients and potential project opportunities;

· 开发并维护公司的商务资源库；

· Develop and maintain BD database;

·调研市场趋势、信息，搜集潜在客户和竞争对手信息；为潜在项目起草报价、服务方案，跟踪项目至合同的签署和款项结算阶段；

· Research and study market trends,information of potential clients and business competitors.  Prepare fee/ service proposals for potentialprojects, carry on further negotiation till contract signed and paymentreceived;

· 代表公司参加行业活动及行业会议；

 · Representing the office at events andconferences;

· 能与不同级别、部门及行业的业主沟通；

 · Ability to talk to clients fromdifferent levels, departments and industries;

· 能准备高质量的建议书或报告并宣讲。

任职要求：

Requirements:

· 在建筑行业的商务拓展和市场领域拥有至少五年的工作经验；

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in majorinternational architecture companies in Business Development and Marketing,design firm experience preferred;

· 建筑学专业或其他设计行业相关专业背景优先；

· Bachelor degree or higher inarchitecture, marketing or a relevant field preferred;

· 对中国房地产市场和建筑行业环境有深度认知；

· In-depth knowledge of China’s domesticreal estate and architectural environment;

·面对高强度的工作环境具有积极的工作态度。性格外向，具有良好的沟通能力，并且在一定需求下能够处理优先事项和多任务；

· Strong willingness, self-disciplinedand strongly motivated.  Positiveattitude towards obstacles and tight deadlines, out-going, strong communicatorand able to take priorities and handle multi-tasks when required to do so;

· 策划、组织和执行营销活动，拓展目标销售渠道；

· Propose, organize and executemarketing activities to expand target sales channels
