1月19日，我们的获胜项目——中国移动长三角（南京）科创中心，正式破土动工！Perkins&Will将联手SHL建筑事务所为整座科创园区提供总体规划、建筑设计、室内设计及景观方案设计，这也是SHL与中国移动的第三次合作！

On January 19th, our China Mobile Yangtze River Delta (Nanjing) Technology Innovation Center broke ground! Perkins&Will partnered with Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects won the masterplan, architecture, interior design and landscape scheme design for the whole innovation park, and it counts as SHL’s third cooperation with China Mobile!

中国移动长三角（南京）科创中心位于南京江北新区，占地面积约249亩，未来将为6G通信技术超前布局、智能连接、智能硬件、芯片模组、工业互联网、区块链、机器智能、人工智能中台、数字内容领域产品开发等提供研发载体。园区内包含多栋混合功能办公楼、2栋云计算中心以及其他功能用房。

Situated at the heart of Jiangbei District of Nanjing, China Mobile Yangtze River Delta (Nanjing) Science and Technology Innovation Center covers an area of 41 acres and it will become an incubator for the research of 6G communication, intelligent connections, intelligent hardware, chip module, IoT, blockchain, machine intelligence, AI, digital content and other innovative industries. The project includes several mixed-use office buildings, two R&D buildings as cloud computing labs, and additions.

总体规划将场地中心作为绿化“心脏”，将三个独立的地块联结为一个整体的自然园区。建筑的灵感则来自于南京雄伟的古城墙以及飘逸的飞檐屋顶，既包含了代表着中国移动和南京传统的坚实基座；也设计了象征着中国移动物联网产园区未来图景的灵活办公空间。

The masterplan designed the site center as the "green heart", connecting and forming the three independent plots as an integral office park. Inspired by the city's magnificent ancient walls and overhang roofs, the architecture design contains solid bases representing both China mobile and Nanjing's traditions, and flexible office space that symbolizes China Mobile IoT industry park's prospect. 

两种元素的结合代表着传统与高科技协同形成的自然园区，更展示了中国移动的品牌形象。舒适的自然园区不仅为科研人员提供了健康的生态环境，同时可以鼓励员工之间知识分享和交流，并且有效缓解员工的工作压力。

The combination of these two elements points out a way for future office parks that synergy of tradition and high technology and, most importantly, reiterates the brand image of China Mobile. The landscape has been designed to provide a healthy natural environment and encourage employees to connect, innovate, and share knowledge while reducing their illness and stress.

“我们与中国移动有着长期且富有成效的合作关系，我们已经完成了两个中国移动的大型园区项目。”SHL合伙人Chris Hardie说道：“这是我们与中国移动合作的第三个项目，我们期待将南京的历史文化遗产与独特的景观公园结合起来，为中国移动打造一个面向未来的自然园区。”
