PLANNING STRATEGY 

规 划 策 略

从规划结构上，整个设计最重要的是拉通了城市空间。设计将三个地块横向串联，向东到闵行文化公园，向西至横沥港，用绿色走廊在园区内部形成景观空间节点。在项目地块营造多个步行廊道，拉结周边绿色公园。

When it comes to the planning structure, its highlight is the connect-through of the urban space. The design connects the three plots horizontally in series; a green corridor is designed to connect Minhang Cultural Park in the east, and Hengli Port in the west, forming different landscape milestones inside the park. A number of walking corridors are also created on the plot to connect the surrounding green parks.

VANKE ViPARK 

万 金 中 心 

景观充分考虑展示效果及地块内部与周边的连结的需求后，通过规划调整设立了一个开口作为正式的城市落客区。利用落客区开敞的场地条件，设计打造双水景，水钢琴与镜面水结合处理，一动一静，营造出更有气势更完整的商务落客到达空间，同时更好的展现沿街界面形象。

With full consideration of the display effect and the need to connect the interior and the surrounding areas, we have also designed an opening as a formal urban drop-off area through adjustments in planning. By utilizing the open space of the drop-off area, we designed double water features, with the combination of water piano and mirrored water. With both mobility and tranquility, we have created a more imposing and complete business drop-off space, and better image of street interface.

水钢琴脊背纵向线条及形式，向内引导动线及视线，结合logo成为内部景观轴在新龙街面的起点和代言。镜面水景将整个空间折射的更加丰富，序列感的树列延续入口的仪式感，打造一体化完整大气效果，同时横向肌理拉结两侧办公大堂。

The vertical lines and forms of the back of the water piano guide movement and sight inward, and combined with the logo, it becomes the starting point and endorsement of the internal landscape axis on Xinlong Street. The mirrored waterscape reflects the entire space more abundantly, and the sequence of trees continues the sense of ritual at the entrance, creating an integrated and complete effect. At the same time, the horizontal texture binds the office lobby on both sides.

这将成为整个地块纵向绿色通廊的其中一个重要起点，可由此一直引导延伸至北面的滨河公园，把四周公共绿地及防护绿地的绿色生态性引入到园区。

This will become one of the important starting points of the longitudinal green corridors of the entire plot, which can lead to the riverside park extending to the north, and introduce the green ecology of the surrounding public and protective green spaces into the park.

地块内主步道通过线性铺装突出围合在三栋办公楼里的的核心空间，浪漫樱花道增加动线的氛围感，序列的香樟林营造出适宜的林下休憩空间及商务气质，创造聚集和交流的新场所，同时保持人与环境的和谐共生。

The linearly paved main walkway in the plot highlights the core space enclosed in the three office buildings, the romantic cherry blossom road improves the atmosphere of the movement, and the sequence of camphor forest creates appropriate forest resting space and business atmosphere. We have created a new place for gathering and communication, while maintaining harmonious coexistence between people and environment.

次入口地面铺装的延续强化了主要流线引导,搭配定制艺术小品雕塑，在提升园区入口形象及可识别性的同时，突出园区生态创新的主题。

The continuation of the floor paving of the secondary entrance strengthens the main flow guidance, matched with custom-made art sketches and sculptures. It highlights the theme of ecological innovation in the park while enhancing the image and legibility of the park entrance.

园区中的疗愈花园为处于快节奏生活中的人们提供了一处世外桃源，以植物的生命力疗愈现代人的心灵。在有限的空间里通过“五感六觉”搭建四季皆美的微缩自然界，搭配场景模块打造一个放空自己，让精神暂时得到治愈的地方。花园里还种植了气味芳香的香草类植物，每当走过飘起阵阵香气，让人心旷神怡，释放压力不医而愈。

The healing garden in the park provides a paradise for modern people in fast-paced life, healing their hearts with the vitality of plants. In a limited space, a miniature natural world that is beautiful in all seasons is built to arouse your “feelings and senses”, creating a place where one can feel relaxed and their mind can be temporarily healed. The garden is also planted with aromatic vanilla plants. Whenever you pass by, there will be bursts of fragrance, which will make you feel refreshed, relieved and healed.

VANKE ViPARK

万 创 中 心 

万创中心的转角做打开处理，醒目的logo强化视觉塑造入口形象，激活入口转角人气及轻松热络的商办氛围。

The corners of ViPARK are opened, and the eye-catching logo strengthens the visual effect and entrance image, activating the visitor flow of entrance corner and relaxing atmosphere of business and office area. 

将市政绿化带及人行道一体化考虑融入整体设计是新型城市界面的诉求。绿化带是渗透型联系界面，而非遮挡型阻隔界面。人在城市界面与内部公共空间之间的流动是自由舒适的。

The integration of municipal green belts and sidewalks into the overall design is the appeal of the new urban interface. The green belt is a permeable contact interface, rather than a shielded barrier interface. The flow of people between the urban interface and the internal public space is free and comfortable.

有别于商务办公的“严肃感”，虹桥万创中心针对办公人群的使用需求进行场景营造，强调有归属感的办公园区，加入适应场地空间形状同时满足复杂功能及多种使用需求的灵活的空间模块，让人可以长时间在园区生活运动及社交，打造活跃温暖的氛围。

Different from the “serious feeling” of business office, Hongqiao ViPARK builds scenes for the needs of office people, emphasizes an office park with a sense of belonging, and adds a flexible space that adapts to the shape of the site while satisfying complex functions and multiple uses. The space module allows people to live, exercise and socialize in the park for a long time, creating an active and warm atmosphere.

园区主入口斜切铺装与主题场景模块系统相呼应，条形比例增强主入口进深感，饰带延续建筑幕墙节奏，主入口主题艺术雕塑与万金中心钢琴水景协调统一。

The oblique cut pavement of the main entrance of the park echoes the theme scene module system. The strip ratio enhances the sense of depth of the main entrance, the ribbons continue the rhythm of the building’s curtain wall, and the theme art sculptures at the main entrance are in harmony with the piano waterscape under ViPARK work.

将周边绿色公园引入进办公空间内部，形成一条休闲绿轴。结合空间及场景模块，打造供使用者交流及放松的竹庭休憩花园。

We have introduced the surrounding green park into the office space to form a leisure green axis. By combining space and scene modules, we have created a bamboo garden for users to communicate and take a break.

CITY SHOWCASE

城 市 展 示 面

作为虹桥万金万创中心三盘联动最完整的城市展示面，新龙路保持绿化带最大连续感，银杏和法桐交相辉映，营造更自然放松及柔软多样的绿色形象，展示七宝生态商务区区别于一般绿化做法的“自然”形象属性。

As the most complete city showcase of Hongqiao ViPARK with three joint projects, Xinlong Road maintains the greatest continuity of the green belt. Ginkgo and Platanus complement each other to create a more natural, relaxing, soft and diverse green image, showing that Qibao Ecological Business District with distinctive “natural” image is different from the ordinary greening practices.

在植物的选择上，倾向于形态更自然，季向变化更明显的品种，以符合本区块生态的特征属性。在四季流转的表达上，区别于传统分段展示的方法，将四季打散均匀分布在全线。特别是在车行观赏速度下，每个季节都是全线变化的主体性展示界面。

In the selection of plants, we tend to have more natural species with more obvious seasonal changes in order to conform to the ecological characteristics of this area. In the expression of the changing four seasons, it is different from the traditional method of segmented display, and the seasonal plants are evenly distributed across the line. Especially at the viewing speed of the car, you can see complete seasonal changes across the line.

SOMW DETAILS

一 些 细 节

场地中有多个体积硕大且无法移动的风井，根据两个地块各自不同的建筑及景观特色，将风井进行设计及美化。

There are a number of large and immovable air shafts in the site. The air shafts are designed and beautified according to the different architectural and landscape characteristics of the two plots.

我们将万金万创中心“ViPARK”融入整个项目细节，从细节之中彰显品质，突出强调“ViPARK”形象。

We have integrated the “ViPARK” into the details of the entire project, highlighting the quality and image of “ViPARK” from the details.

虹桥万金万创中心针对办公人群进行场景植入，打造满足园区人群使用需求的各种空间，强调绿色生态的办公园区，呈现更自然放松及柔软多样的绿色形象，让人愿意在园区运动休憩及生活社交，打造舒适宜人的“自然•家”。

Hongqiao ViPARK implements scene implantation for office people to create various spaces that can meet their needs. The office park emphasizes green ecology and presents a more natural, relaxing, soft and diverse green image, making people willing to exercise, rest, live and socialize in the park, thus creating a comfortable and pleasant “Nature • Home”.
