主理人决定将餐厅开为割烹的形式,并不定期举办清酒品肴餐宴。板前用餐区自然是整个空间的重点。
The client decides to open the restaurant as a Kappo Ryori restaurant, with hold aperiodicity sake banquet. The itamae dining area is naturally the focal point of the interior.

餐厅由板前区和六个独立包间,以及将近100㎡的户外露台组成。整体的店内装饰以克制朴素的自然特色为主,建设手法去芜存菁,装饰材料统一风格。店内由原木色木材、竹材和连续夯土墙面构成主要装饰面,视线重点着落处用手工制作的组子细工和毛石加以点缀。夯土和石材表面的自然肌理感和温润的木纹形成对比,在现代和日式传统中寻找平衡,以原始颜色和传统工艺呼应日料中的自然旬味。
The restaurant consists of the itamae dining area, six private rooms and an outdoor terrace of almost 100㎡. The overall interior is decorated in simple natural style, with filtering unnecessary construction methods and unify the decoration style. The main decorative surfaces are made up of raw timber, bamboo and continuous rammed earth walls, accented by handmade Kumiko and rough stones. The natural grain of the rammed earth and stone surfaces contrasts with the warm wood grain, finding a balance between modernity and tradition of Japan, echoing the natural flavours of Japanese cuisine with original colours and traditional craftsmanship.

登临酒店顶层,料理店的装饰由酒店通廊开始,客人由店外开始便可提前感受到料理店静谧的氛围。走廊尽头的圆形框景勾勒出花道的形状。
On the top floor of the hotel, the restaurant's décor begins in the hotel's corridor, giving guests an early impression of the restaurant's tranquil atmosphere from the corridor. At the end of the corridor, a circular frame frames the shape of the flower path.

The regular bamboo lattice ceiling defines a separate itamae dining area. Situated in the centre of the restaurant, the area is completely open and showing the chef's cooking generously. Behind the bar counter is a special 'windowscape' created by the designers which is a pattern of overlapping circles reflected through the wooden panes. This ancient pattern, known as the Shippo, has been used in China and Japan since more than 3,000 years ago as a symbol of good wishes. Feeling the passage of time in this artfully crafted space and savouring the food.


The private rooms are unified in style but have different details that echo each other.






室外露台的风格区别于室内,线条清晰,节奏氛围松弛有度,利用不同的构成元素将日式传统融入现代设计中。既有围合的卡座区域,又有放松的观景吧台座位。在这里可一览江景及迷人的城市夜景。
The outdoor terrace is distinctive from the interior, with clear lines and a relaxed atmosphere, using different elements to incorporate Japanese traditions into a modern style. There are enclousing booth areas and relaxed bar seating with awesome view. Offering an attractive view of the river and the night sky.



烟波澹荡摇空碧,客人们倚夕阳而来,迎江风月色而归。希望这家餐厅能成为往来的客人在喧嚣城市中的栖息地。
Guests come to the restaurant at sunset and return with the moon. We hope the restaurant will become a place of refuge for our guests in the hustle city.
