2022年6月,AREP设计的法国萨瓦省的圣·让·德·莫里耶纳多式联运枢纽即圣·让·德·莫里耶纳国际高铁枢纽一期交付使用,方案中延绵曲折的屋顶的设计灵感来源于周边阿尔卑斯山脉的乡村景观,屋顶覆盖形成了一个非比寻常的廊式车站。该建筑可拆卸重组,能应对各种环境需求,最大程度减少碳排放。在综合考量建筑结构生命周期的基础上,这座环境友好型建筑应运而生。

In June 2022, AREP delivered a « temporary « multimodal exchange hub in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne in Savoie, France. Its vast pleated roof, inspired by the landscape of the Alpine villages nearby, tops a gallery-like station that opens onto a remarkable setting. The building can be demounted and reused and has been designed to meet environmental challenges and minimize its carbon footprint. The desire to propose an environmentally responsible building is the result of a broad reflection on the adaptability of the structure over time in relation to its lifespan.

圣·让·德·莫里耶纳站是未来将穿越欧洲阿尔卑斯山脉、连接里昂和都灵的客货两用高铁线上的重要节点。该线将于2030年正式建成并投入使用,其运营将打破现有的4小时车程,全程将仅需1小时45分。为应对2028年圣·让·德·莫里耶纳站铁轨数量增加一倍的运量需求,将在此新建一座国际高铁站。一提的是,该线的利终点站都灵站也是由法国AREP设计集团(以下简称“AREP”)在2014年设计建设而成。

In 2030, the European trans-Alpine rail connection between Lyon and Turin, providing both freight and passenger services, will connect the two cities in one hour and 45 minutes, versus four hours today.  In 2028, the number of tracks will be doubled while a new building spanning the tracks will accommodate the international high-speed train station in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. The Turin Railway Station was also designed by AREP in 2014.

AREP设计建设的圣·让·德·莫里耶纳联运枢纽是这座国际高铁站的一期项目,在2030年之前承担所有必要的客运服务,已于2022年6月交付使用。

In the meantime, the temporary multimodal exchange hub, which was delivered in June 2022 after two years of construction works, will provide all the necessary passenger services.

该枢纽包括一座客运大楼、一个站前广场、一个公共汽车枢纽、一条通往站台的地下坡道和一个室外停车场。建筑设计考虑到由于冬季运动带来的旺季需求:一到冬天,145平方米的大厅可扩展至430平方米。

The hub comprises a passenger building, a forecourt, a bus station, a ramp leading to the platforms and an outdoor car park. The building has been designed to adapt to the peak season for winter sports: the 145 m² hall in the low season can be expanded to reach 430 m2 in winter.

一体式屋顶覆盖了客运大楼、站台通道、自行车停车场和公共汽车枢纽。屋顶的设计元素既能够赋予建筑特色,同时整合了联运枢纽的所有功能。这个向主楼两侧扩展的屋面使其看上去像一座优雅的“廊式车站”。

 A single roof covers the passenger building, the access to the tracks, the bike park, and the bus station. The roof is the element that gives the building its characteristic form and brings together all the functions of the multimodal hub. This canopy, which extends on both sides of the main building, makes it look like an elegant «gallery-like station».


易装卸建筑适应新需求

在设计过程中,设计师对建筑结构随时间变化的适应性、与建筑生命周期相关的施工方案、建设材料拆卸的可能性进行了全面思考,以解决局部结构生命周期将尽时的替换问题。预制工程系统有助于保持现场卫生,减少浪费,限制重型机械的使用。

The project is the result of a broader reflection on the adaptability of the structure over time, the construction choices in relation to the lifespan of the building, the possibility to dismantle and separate the materials in order to better manage their end of life potential. The prefabricated construction system contributes to maintaining a clean building site, reducing waste on site, while limiting heavy machinery.

为了降低能耗,我们在建筑体积、紧凑度、遮阳系统、立面尺寸以及朝向方面花了不少心思。建筑立面最终选用法国本地的竖条木板。这座轻型建筑在原材料选择上也别具匠心,尽量避免二次修复,整个建筑可以在生命周期结束时拆除搬走,另作别用。

Our work on the building volumes, compactness and sun shading as well as the size and orientation of the bay windows is aimed at reducing energy consumption. The facade cladding consists of vertical timber boards, sourced from French suppliers. The light-weight construction features raw materials to limit second fix work and the entire building can be dismantled and reused for other purposes and on other sites at the end of its planned life cycle.

建筑外立面上的灰色条纹与周围山脉的轮廓相得益彰,加强了建筑与环境之间的对话,使其与自然景观完美融合。延绵曲折的双坡屋顶作为这座建筑的特色之处,与阿尔卑斯山脉的传统村庄遥相呼应,同时契合了瓦努瓦山脉的斜坡形态。

The grey strip on the facade follows the outline of the surrounding mountains enhancing the building’s dialogue with its environment so that it perfectly blends into the landscape. The building features a pleated, double-pitched roof that takes its cue from the traditional villages of the Alps while echoing the slopes of the Vanoise mountain range.

南向幕墙均由玻璃构成,自然光透过幕墙洒落在室内空间立面上设有悬臂雨篷用于夏季遮阳。朝北的开敞门窗增加了室内空气流通的同时,也起到调节室内温度的作用。

The entirely glazed south-facing facade allows for natural light and sun to flood into the passenger and visitor areas. The cantilevered canopy on the facade helps control sunlight in summer. The north-facing openings provide generous natural light while limiting overheating.
