As a leading TOP gaming company in the industry, 37 Interactive Entertainment is steadfast in its mission of "bringing joy to the world," with a deep focus on the cultural and entertainment sectors. Matrix Vertical integrates its understanding of the company's mission, vision, and brand philosophy to create a unique office space.

琶洲創新核：新中心，新未來

Guangzhou Pazhou Innovation Core

項目位於廣州琶洲創新核，作為廣深港澳科技創新走廊，是「三城一區創新核」中的人工智能與數字經濟試驗區，也是廣州構建開放新格局的戰略橋頭堡。建築以飄帶環繞打造標誌性設計，幕牆以立體「7」字元素組成，彰顯品牌標誌性屬性。

The project is located in the Guangzhou Pazhou Innovation Hub, serving as part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Technology Innovation Corridor. It is an artificial intelligence and digital economy pilot zone within the "Three Cities and One Area Innovation Core," and acts as a strategic foothold for Guangzhou in establishing a new open framework. The architecture features a flowing ribbon design that creates a distinctive identity, while the façade incorporates three-dimensional "7" elements, highlighting the brand's iconic characteristics.

前臺的整體造型提取了飛船曲線，采用磨砂金屬材料，打造出懸浮感強烈的藝術前臺。

The overall shape of the reception desk is inspired by the curves of a spacecraft, utilizing frosted metal materials to create a striking sense of suspension and artistry.

主梯設計靈感來源於三七互娛LOGO，融合了造型與色調，成為一扇通往「玩家」世界的時空之門。

The design of the main staircase is inspired by the logo of 37 Interactive Entertainment, blending form and color to create a portal to the world of "players."

多功能廳以光線設計增強了空間的延伸感，人們在穿行其中，體驗未來感的會議空間。

The multifunctional hall uses lighting design to enhance the sense of spatial extension, allowing people to move through it and experience a futuristic meeting environment.

可作為大型會議、演播與運動場地進行使用的多功能廳，空間靈動的布局可适应不同的活动需求，激發活力。

The multifunctional hall, which can be used for large meetings, broadcasts, and sports events, features a flexible layout that adapts to various activity needs, fostering energy and dynamism.

位於三層的VIP會議室頂部延續了統一的圓弧形天花，搭配乾淨簡潔且灰色度的色系辦公桌椅，打造友好型會議場所。

The VIP conference room on the third floor features a continuous arched ceiling that maintains a unified design. Paired with clean, simple office desks and chairs in a subdued gray palette, it creates a welcoming meeting environment.

在這特別的空間裏，放置了安靜的睡眠艙，供員工需要時在此獲得充分休息。

In this special space, quiet sleeping pods are provided for employees to rest fully whenever needed.

餐廳空間以明亮的色彩和開放的布局，創造出一個溫馨舒適的用餐氛圍，能夠在快速的工作節奏中找到片刻的寧靜，享受美食與交流帶來的愉悅。

The restaurant space, featuring bright colors and an open layout, creates a warm and comfortable dining atmosphere. It allows individuals to find a moment of tranquility amidst a fast-paced work environment, enjoying the pleasures of good food and social interaction.

「蔥民基地」作為總部的主要辦公區域，空間設計充分考慮了員工的共性與個性，每層標準辦公區域通過自然光線變化提取色彩基因，讓人感受在不同的環境中辦公。

As the main office area of the headquarters, the "37 Base" features a space design that fully considers the commonalities and individuality of employees. Each floor of the standard office areas extracts its color palette from the changing natural light, allowing individuals to experience working in different environments.

二十一層以「軌跡」主題展示三七互娛的運動文化，以時間軌跡連接「現在」與「未來」。跑道與景觀的結合打造出動態交互的體驗，在長達137米的內部跑道上，員工在「馬拉松」文化中感受凝聚力。

The 21st floor features the theme "Trajectory," showcasing 37 Interactive Entertainment's sports culture by connecting the "present" and the "future" through time trajectories. The integration of the track and landscape creates a dynamic interactive experience, allowing employees to feel a sense of cohesion as they engage with the "marathon" culture on the 137-meter-long internal track.

以「玩心創造世界」為主旨，為員工構建一個充滿多元趣味與文化聯動的理想辦公環境，鼓勵人在空間中保持開放分享的狀態，用一颗「玩心」迎接挑戰与未来。

Centered around the theme "Creating a World with Playful Spirit," the design aims to build an ideal office environment for employees, rich in diversity, fun, and cultural interactions. It encourages openness and sharing within the space, fostering a "playful mindset" to embrace challenges and the future.
