在上塞纳省新城拉加雷纳，一场关于理想栖居的革新正在上演。建筑设计以7600㎡都市森林为生态主轴，环绕着充满烟火气的商业广场，编织出自然与繁华交融的生活图景。

In Villeneuve-la-Garenne (Hauts-de-Seine), a groundbreaking living concept takes root. The architectural masterpiece pivots around a 7,600㎡ urban forest sanctuary, interlaced with market plazas, crafting a living canvas where metropolitan vibrance and sylvan serenity waltz in perfect harmony.

缝合·生长的有机更新实践

LIVING TAPESTRY OF ORGANIC RENEWAL

作为20世纪初快速发展的滨河工业区，Bongarde街区以多元拼贴的城市肌理正处于有机更新进程之中。

The Bongarde district where the project is located was heavily developed in the early 20th century and consists of mixed urban fabrics undergoing reconfiguration.

本项目以"缝合城市碎片"为核心命题，通过植入698套居住单元、托育设施、复合商业、1万平方米城市森林及662个停车位，通过空间重组与功能整合，重构出媲美市中心密度的滨河活力社区。

This project includes the construction of 698 housing units spread across 10 buildings, including a daycare center, shops, a 10,000 m² urban forest, and 662 parking spaces. It was an opportunity to create an organised, mixed-use urban location that would form an articulation joint between the banks of the Seine and the heart of the Bongarde district.

设计将塞纳河岸生态绿脉与历史街区内核精准衔接，形成新旧时空对话的立体枢纽。

The design stitches the Seine's emerald lifeline with the historic quarter's soul, forging a three-dimensional nexus where eras converse through stone and foliage.

项目携手Cogedim集团推出创新置业计划"焕新居所"的革新提案，旨在降低首次购房者——尤其是渴望安家的青年群体与长期租户——的置业门槛，打造前瞻性多维生态社区。

In collaboration with Cogedim, it offers an innovative solution, "Le Nouveau Neuf," designed to facilitate access to property for first-time buyers, particularly young people and tenants wishing to become owners and create a forward-looking and multi-dimensional ecological community.

ARCHITECTURAL COMMUNITY RHYTHM

一条垂直塞纳河的密集绿植步行通廊构成空间主轴，如同绿色动脉串联河岸码头、林荫大道与商业中心露台。

A dense green corridor, perpendicular to the Seine's flow, stitches together riverfront quays, tree-canopied boulevards, and commercial terraces – nature's suturing thread weaving urban vitality with ecological grace.

这条兼具生态功能与社交属性的"立体绿谷"，以植物群落软化高密度开发界面，万平森林重塑城市呼吸系统，实现自然渗透与城市活力的共生。

This three-dimensional "Green Valley" dissolves urban density through cascading plant ecosystems, while its 10,000-sqm forest core reengineers the city's respiratory rhythm – a living manifesto where biophilic design and human vitality become art.

十栋住宅沿绿谷呈错动布局，建筑高度自河岸向街区内部梯度跌落。

Ten residential towers cascade along the green valley in a serrated rhythm, their heights descending like terraced waterfalls from riverfront to urban core.

这种"进退韵律"既化解了滨河高密度开发对城市风貌的压迫感，又通过阳台、露台、凸窗构成的立体社交界面，将居住空间延伸为与城市对话的媒介。

This choreographed "step-back cadence" achieves dual urban alchemy. Bay windows, cantilevered terraces and floating balconies form a three-dimensional social canvas. Private domains extend into public conversation through layered spatial provocations.

VISUAL ANCHOR OF ECOLOGICAL REVOLUTION

居住单元与商业、教育设施的垂直叠合，催生出全天候的邻里交互场景——私密居所与公共空间既保持恰当距离，又在步行尺度内激发偶发性社交，重塑当代都市共同体范式。

Through design that weaves residential units with commercial and educational ecosystems, it births 24/7 neighborhood choreography – where private sanctuaries maintain distance from public realms, yet spark spontaneous social alchemy within a 5-minute walk radius.

全景落地窗设计将四季光影引入室内，超大露台成为私人空中花园，让法式优雅生活从清晨的第一缕阳光开始。

Panoramic windows frame nature's ever-changing canvas, inviting the four seasons into living spaces. Your private sky garden terrace – an alfresco extension of Parisian chic – becomes a sun-kissed stage where curated lifestyle begins at daybreak.

塞纳河入口处拔地而起的标志性塔楼，与向河岸敞开的景观通廊共同构成"城市之眼"。这座兼具导视功能与场所精神的建筑，以现代语言重译工业遗产基因，成为拉加雷纳滨水复兴的视觉宣言。

The residential buildings are organised in a staggered formation along the urban park. The Seine-side entrance is marked by a striking element in the form of a taller building. The ensemble of this “signal tower” and the opening of the landscaped mall onto the riverbank strongly marks the entrance to the town of Villeneuve-la-Garenne.

这不仅是一处居所，更是都市新贵的生活秀场。步行即享商业综合体的便利，归家即拥森林氧吧的静谧，河岸生活的诗意与都市脉搏在此完美共振。

Beyond a dwelling, it's an experiential theatre for the city's elite. Steps away from vibrant commercial complexes, yet cradled by the serenity of a forest sanctuary, here the riverside living harmonizes with the energy of metropolitan life.
