由LAB进行设计的隆生东湖9区城市更新,坐落于惠州西枝江畔的东平半岛上,是隆生企业开发建设的花园城镇式住宅小区。引入国际都市滨水居住理念,通过精心雕琢的波浪式立面流畅曲线,将宽阔的西枝江江面与项目完美融合。

The urban renewal of Longsheng Donghu District 9 designed by LAB introduces the concept of international urban waterfront living. Located on the Dongping Peninsula on the banks of the Xizhi River in Huizhou, it is a garden town-style residential district developed and constructed by Longsheng Enterprise. It perfectly integrates the wide Xizhijiang river surface with the project through the carefully carved wavy elevation smooth curve.

LAB在结合当地经济的持续发展和转变的同时,以如何优化资源结构,有效利用土地资源为基础,希望建立一个休闲、购物、居住为一体的,满足周边区域内的商业需求和基本生活配套要求的新的城市中心。

While combining the continuous development and transformation of the local economy, based on how to optimize the resource structure and effectively use land resources, LAB hopes to establish a new urban center that integrates leisure, shopping, and living, and meets the commercial needs and basic living requirements in the surrounding area.

项目沿袭东湖花园百万平米的恢弘版图,不但兼享东湖花园的成熟生活配套,衣食住行、娱乐休闲、金融理财、上学就医等配套设施到位,还可以近享三江天然景观资源。

The project follows the magnificent territory of one million square meters of Donghu Garden. It enjoys the mature life facilities of Donghu Garden and has supporting facilities such as clothing, food, accommodation, entertainment and leisure, financial management, and medical treatment at school. It can also enjoy the natural landscape resources of the Sanjiang River nearby.

在旧城改造的大背景之下,在结合当地经济的持续发展和转变的同时,如何优化资源结构,有效利用土地资源,建立一个休闲、购物、居住为一体的,满足周边区域内的商业需求和基本生活配套要求的新的城市中心,是此次设计的一大课题。

In the context of the transformation of the old city, in combination with the continuous development and transformation of the local economy, how to optimize the resource structure, effectively use land resources, and establish a new urban center that integrates leisure, shopping, and living, and meets the commercial needs and basic living requirements in the surrounding area is a major topic of this design. 

本次商住混合体规划的设计理念,充分借鉴了香港住宅建筑发展过程中的经验,统筹考虑了一下九大必要因素

The design concept of this commercial and residential hybrid plan fully draws lessons from the experience of the development of residential architecture in Hong Kong, and takes into account the following nine necessary factors as a whole:

混合原则——将老百姓的居住、购物、休闲及配套结合到新的商住混合体之内,打造城市居住新地标;开放城市广场原则——通过梳理现状,整合设计,创造大面积的商业广场,创造聚集活动的公共场所,打造了城市文化新地标;

The principle of mixed principle-combine the living—— shopping, leisure, and supporting facilities of ordinary people into a new commercial and residential mixture to create a new urban residential landmark; The principle of open urban squares-by combing the current situation, integrating the design, creating a large area of commercial squares, creating public places for gathering activities, and creating a new urban cultural landmark;

改善商业环境原则——保留地形地貌,将零星绿地环绕在商业裙房周围,360°塑造惠州新的商业绿肺;

The principle of improving the business environment-retaining the terrain and landscape—— surrounding the sporadic green space around the commercial skirt, and shaping the new commercial green lung of Huizhou at 360 °

改善居住环境原则——利用大面积裙房屋顶,创造住户独享的休闲娱乐的屋顶花园,提高居住生活品质;

The principle of improving the living environment ——is to use the roof of a large-area skirt house to create a rooftop garden for leisure and entertainment exclusive to residents and improve the quality of living;

呼应原则——以精心雕琢出的流畅曲线为建筑立面的主要元素,通过采用统一的流畅的水平线条与沿河景观协调,与周边环境相呼应;

The principle of echo——the main elements of the building facade are the smooth curves carefully carved out, and they are coordinated with the landscape along the river by adopting unified and smooth horizontal lines to echo the surrounding environment;

低碳、绿色建筑的规划原则——充分利用自然通风采光,保证低碳低造价。

The principles of low-carbon and green buildings——make full use of natural ventilation and lighting and ensure low-carbon and low construction costs.

LAB认为流淌在建筑立面上的设计语言,可以谱写出的是一缕充满现代感和文化活力的舞曲。立面的曲折变化犹如一把细石入水,激起或大或小、或急或缓、或疏或密的涟漪,让人们更加直观的聆听到设计师通过建筑传达出的语言。

LAB believes that the design language flowing on the architectural facade can compose a ray of dance music full of modern sense and cultural vitality. The twists and turns of the facade are like a handful of fine stones entering the water, causing ripples that are large or small, urgent or slow, or sparse or dense so that people can more intuitively listen to the language conveyed by the designer through the architecture.
