项目以著名景区九寨沟、黄龙等为建筑设计蓝本，充分利用项目所在周边得天独厚的湖景资源，创造办公、商业、绿化，环境互融的商业混合体，构建充满活力和多重生态的城市生态云岛，与怡心湖相互呼应，打造公园式主题购物中心，力争成为城市封面。
The project draws architectural inspiration from famous scenic areas like Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, making full use of the unique lake views surrounding the site. It aims to create a mixed-use commercial complex that integrates office, retail, and green spaces, fostering a vibrant and multi-ecological urban ecosystem. This "cloud island" will resonate with Yixin Lake, establishing a park-like themed shopping center and striving to become the city's landmark.
云浮岛屿间 打造潮流新生活
建筑半浮半沉、半虚半实，宛如漂浮在空中的云。岛，象征自然之岛、生态之岛，以及科技之岛和未来之岛。集中商业以“酷、炫、潮”为主线，引入“多首层”空间，打造以新鲜、时尚潮流、创意为主题，以新生活方式作为文化内涵的特色体验型主题商街，建造一座具有独创性、先驱性、标志性、唯一性的潮爆街区，带来24小时不夜城嗨翻天的潮人主场。
The "island" concept symbolises a natural, ecological, technological, and futuristic hub. The centralised commercial zone follows a "cool, dazzling, trendy" theme, incorporating multi-level entry spaces to create an experiential themed retail street centered on freshness, fashion, creativity, and a new lifestyle as its cultural core. This pioneering, iconic, and one-of-a-kind trendsetting district establishes a 24-hour vibrant nightlife hub, serving as the ultimate playground for avant-garde communities.
灵动空间内 连接多元商业模式
设计团队巧妙地利用现场场地标高变化，建造富有变化的建筑形体，与周围环境相互呼应。整个空间将人流引入中央开放空间，使得休闲街区商业与集中商业相互融合，打造富有创新模式的“体验式商业”。连桥平台将街区商业与大型商业相互连接，通过中央开放空间的“活力生态带”丰富整体商业气氛，增加层次感。 The design team ingeniously utilises the changes in the site’s elevation to construct buildings with diverse and dynamic forms that harmonise with the surrounding environment. The entire space guides pedestrian traffic towards a central open area, where the commercial street and large shopping mall blend together to create an innovative “experiential commerce” model. The connecting bridge platform links the commercial blocks with the larger mall, and the “Vitality Ecological Belt” of the central open space enriches the overall commercial atmosphere and brings diversified commercial experiences.
活力生态带 享受公园式一站体验
集合餐饮、娱乐、展示、观影等于一体的多功能生态屋顶，将屋顶露台设计成一个森林峡谷，让消费者在购物休闲的同时，依旧能感受到公园城市自然的氛围。这也是天府新区公园城市的建设理念，即让城市成为一个公园。地块中央的流水主题特色空间，将怡心湖的景观引入场地内部，在中央公共空间带动人流，形成完善的生态绿色购物之旅。更有动感天幕、生态绿岛、流水瀑布等布景带来丰富观景体验。The multifunctional ecological rooftop integrates dining, entertainment, exhibitions, and cinema experiences, designed as a forest canyon. This allows consumers to enjoy shopping and leisure while still feeling the natural atmosphere of a park city. This aligns with the construction concept of the Tianfu New Area, which aims to make the city resemble a park. The central space features a flowing water theme that brings the scenery of Yixin Lake into the venue, creating a complete ecological green shopping journey. Additionally, dynamic sky canopies, ecological green islands, and flowing waterfalls enhance the rich viewing experience.
