项目位于星河生态走廊，雪山会客厅一侧，属于成都温江南城核心区域，科创CBD板块，作为产城一体的大盘，周边公园环绕。且整体作为星河world科创城大盘一环，前期已有社区大盘基底。
项目的客群主要为：社会新贵、高质高知、城市精英。针对人群，我们希望将成都的“精致度”与“氛围感”融入场地，搭建“缦生活·漫生活”体系，创造生活的仪式感，增加生活的度假感。
