推窗即见，1500亩原生黑松林如墨绿波涛，日夜低语。是城市的天然氧吧，更是瑞园的生命背景墙。
在瑞园，推窗即见松海苍茫。将这片原生秘境引入日常，呼吸间尽是松脂的芬芳与负氧离子的清甜。

As soon as you open the window, you can see the 1,500-acre native black pine forest, like dark green waves, whispering day and night. It is the natural oxygen bar of the city and the life background wall of Ruiyuan.

In Ruiyuan, you can see the vast sea of pine trees as soon as you open the window. Introducing this native secret land into daily life, the fragrance of pine resin and the sweetness of negative oxygen ions are all in your breath.

A magnificent collection of ups and downs

归家艺术生活轴线，设计采用了三进院落的方式打造礼仪动线。整体采用的隐奢处理手法，没有用张扬的符号。

The design of the art life axis of returning home adopts the method of three courtyards to create a ceremonial moving line. The overall design adopts a hidden luxury treatment method without using ostentatious symbols.

山海序章，大境初启

Prologue to Mountains and Seas, the Beginning of the Great Realm

66米超长界面，如徐徐展开的卷轴。非遗巨匠手作铜门，錾刻烟台月季的祝福，与巴西范思哲黑奢石景墙辉映，于光影流转间，叩响融合东方底蕴与国际审美的归家前奏。

The 66-meter long interface is like a slowly unfolding scroll. The copper door made by the intangible cultural heritage master is engraved with the blessing of Yantai roses, which shines with the Brazilian Versace black luxury stone wall. In the flow of light and shadow, it is a prelude to homecoming that combines oriental heritage with international aesthetics.

洗尘园：心归之庭

Xichen Garden: A Garden of Homecoming

大门轻启，意境豁然——“鸿鹄去万里，温酒待君归”。

The door opens slightly, and the artistic conception suddenly becomes clear - "The swan goes thousands of miles away, and I await your return with warm wine."

引用三生三世的寓意故事设计了静水景，回廊光影婆娑，羽毛枫静候，鸿鹄意境徐徐展开，归家即入画境。

The quiet water scene is designed by quoting the allegorical story of Three Lives Three Worlds, with light and shadow dancing in the corridor, feather maple trees waiting quietly, and the artistic conception of swans slowly unfolding, and returning home is like entering a painting.

24小时变幻的光影在游廊间作画，归家的步履于此，洗去尘嚣，渐入澄明。

The changing light and shadows of 24 hours a day paint on the corridors, and the footsteps of returning home wash away the dust and gradually enter the clarity.

海岸观景台

Coastal viewing platform

1100㎡下沉式庭院，营造“夹河入海，花海入园”的磅礴气势，天地开阔，俯仰山海，立体拥揽下沉庭院的风光韵致和层次美景。

The 1,100-square-meter sunken courtyard creates a majestic momentum of "the river flows into the sea, and the sea of flowers flows into the garden". The sky and the earth are vast, and the mountains and the sea are overlooking, embracing the scenery and layered beauty of the sunken courtyard in three dimensions.

6.15米高差，巧妙化解负一层会所（健身房、茶室、泳池）四个看面需求的视觉关联，更开创性擘画“四面皆景”的立体山水剧场。

The height difference of 6.15 meters cleverly resolves the visual connection between the four viewing needs of the clubhouse on the underground first floor (gym, tea room, swimming pool), and innovatively draws a three-dimensional landscape theater with "scenery on all four sides".

匠心布局三亭，听瀑浮廊、漂浮客厅、都市观景台，如三颗明珠散落山阶，分别延伸出自然中的活力、雅聚与闲逸。

The three pavilions are ingeniously arranged: the waterfall listening corridor, the floating living room, and the urban observation deck. They are like three pearls scattered on the mountain steps, respectively extending the vitality, elegance, and leisure in nature.

Natural dialogue in meticulous workmanship

一石一木，皆是与自然的虔诚对话。

Every stone and every tree is a sincere dialogue with nature.

石头如大地雕塑，经3D扫描实景模拟，反复推敲尺寸与看面，终以最契合的角度卧于园中，承接月光，辉映潮汐。

The stone is like a sculpture of the earth. After 3D scanning and real-life simulation, and repeated consideration of size and appearance, it finally lies in the garden at the most suitable angle, absorbing the moonlight and reflecting the tide.

树木亦非随意栽植，模型定位，精挑细选，只为枝叶伸展的弧度能与风共舞，与光影嬉戏。

The trees are not planted randomly; they are positioned according to the model and carefully selected so that the arcs of the branches and leaves can dance with the wind and play with light and shadow.

精工琢园，是让每一寸景致都经得起岁月凝视，让匠心隐于自然的和谐之中。

The meticulous craftsmanship of the garden ensures that every inch of the scenery can withstand the test of time and that the craftsmanship is hidden in the harmony of nature.
