Shanghai Summit Plaza is a diversified commercial office complex that combines underground retail, 5A Grade A offices and a high-end hotel. It has a total gross floor area of 90,000 square metres and comprises Buildings 1, 2 and 3, as well as four small detached buildings, Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 8.

前厅共享区作为空间核心，以蓝黄色调巧妙点缀，配备卡座、沙发散座、吧台及茶水区，满足临时办公、商务洽谈与休闲休憩的多元需求。这种布局既彰显了多功能性与灵活性，又通过开放式设计呼应现代办公趋势，完美诠释了共享共创的协作理念。

The design is centred on a shared area in the front lobby, with a predominantly blue and yellow colour palette. This area is equipped with card seating and sofa seating, as well as a bar and refreshment area for temporary work, negotiation and relaxation. This design highlights the versatility and flexibility of the space, while also reflecting an open-plan layout that is in line with the needs of the modern office and the concept of shared and co-created collaboration.

The glass partitions in the shared offices maximize natural illumination through visual permeability, creating luminous, warm collaborative environments that precisely balance privacy needs with open configurations. Dominated by a pure white palette, these spaces not only embody a futuristic ethos but have distilled a striking purity of aesthetic tension.
