跳跃是一家集网络游戏研发与运营于一体的互联网企业。始终坚持创新，不断探索游戏、原创IP、电子竞技等领域，致力于成为最有创造力的中国游戏企业。随着团队规模的不断扩大，跳跃选择入驻上海地标建筑 —— 张江科学之门，并成为其首位签约业主。

Jump is an internet company that integrates online game development and operations. Committed to continuous innovation, it actively explores areas such as gaming, original IP, and e-sports, striving to become the most creative game enterprise in China. As the team continues to expand, Jump chose to move into the landmark building in Shanghai — Science Gateway of Zhangjiang — becoming its first signed tenant.

项目启动之初，我们深入调研了跳跃的品牌价值观与团队文化，将设计聚焦于 创新、活力、开放、松弛，致力于在空间中实现多元协作、品牌表达与员工体验的平衡。

At the outset of the project, we conducted an in-depth study of Jump’s brand values and team culture, focusing the design on innovation, vitality, openness, and relaxation. The goal was to achieve a balance of diverse collaboration, brand expression, and employee experience within the new office space.

我们提取跳跃的 LOGO色彩与品牌元素，作为空间的视觉基因。“跳跃”的轨迹，象征着不断突破与升高的能量，以向上延展的弧线及《泡泡先锋》游戏主题为灵感，提炼出设计的核心线条和符号，这不仅是一种空间叙事，更是承载着企业不断成长的愿景。

We extracted Jump’s logo colors and brand elements as the visual DNA of the space. The “jumping” trajectory symbolizes the energy of continuous breakthroughs and rising momentum. Inspired by upward arcs and the game theme PAOPAOXIANFENG, we distilled the core lines and symbols of the design. This is not only a form of spatial storytelling but also a carrier of the company’s vision of continuous growth.

前台区域作为企业对外展示的第一窗口，延续现代简约的风格，弧线天花像是打开的一道光圈，寓意创意灵感的无限延伸，一扇拱形窗景，将外部的城市风景引入室内。简洁大气的线条与材质，用光影和色彩强化品牌识别度。让每一位踏入空间的人，都能感受到跳跃的创新能量。

The reception area, as the company’s first external showcase, continues the modern minimalist style, highlighting both professionalism and vitality. The curved ceiling resembles an opened aperture, symbolizing the limitless extension of creative inspiration, while an arched window frames the cityscape outside, bringing a sense of openness and life as soon as one enters. 空间以简洁而富有张力的设计语言展现企业的属性。从入口Logo墙到配色与材质的细节，品牌调性在空间中无处不在。

The space conveys the company’s identity through a design language that is both minimal and impactful. From the logo wall at the entrance to the details in color and materials, the brand’s tone is omnipresent throughout the environment.

这里不只是“补给站”，更是凝聚力与创造力的发生地，我们通过开放式布局与柔和色彩，营造出舒缓而友好的环境，功能性的空间因细节的用心，变得更有人情味，在这里，员工的放松与交流自然发生。

This is more than just a “recharge station”; it’s a hub for cohesion and creativity. Through an open layout and soft color palette, we’ve created a calming and welcoming environment. Functional spaces are made more human-centered through thoughtful detailing, allowing employees to relax and interact naturally.

为了满足不同场景的需求，我们在空间中规划了不同规格的会议室，既能承载大型汇报，也能满足3-5人的头脑风暴。在小型的洽谈室中，我们巧妙地将企业色融入其中，让品牌的基因在细节中自然呈现。每一次开门而入，都能感受到跳跃网络鲜明的身份符号。

To accommodate the needs of different scenarios, we’ve designed meeting rooms of varying sizes—capable of hosting large presentations as well as brainstorming sessions for 3–5 people. In the smaller discussion rooms, we’ve subtly incorporated the company’s colors, allowing the brand’s identity to emerge naturally in the details. Every time the door opens, the distinctive identity of Jump Network is instantly felt.

通透布局，团队之间无障碍交流，空气与光线流动，让效率自然生长。环保与可持续材料的运用，也体现了对员工健康和环境的关注。

With an open layout that enables barrier-free communication among teams, air and light flow freely, allowing efficiency to grow organically. The use of eco-friendly and sustainable materials also reflects a commitment to both employee well-being and environmental care.

空间是企业文化的载体，更是团队精神的延伸。此次为跳跃网络打造的上海新办公室，不仅满足了高效协作与舒适体验的需求，也将品牌的创新基因自然融入了日常的办公场景。有限的预算下，晋泽依然达成了超预期的落地效果。

Space serves as a carrier of corporate culture and an extension of team spirit. The new Shanghai office designed for Jump Network not only meets the needs for efficient collaboration and a comfortable experience, but also seamlessly integrates the brand’s innovative DNA into everyday work life. Even within a limited budget, Jinze delivered results that exceeded expectations.

在未来，我们也将继续坚持 “设计 + 落地” 的一体化理念，为更多企业提供有温度、有价值的空间解决方案。一起用空间讲述品牌故事。
