Amidst the hustle and bustle,

we yearn for a serene embrace with nature, seeking its everlasting healing power. The design philosophy of "Urban Naturalism" originates from this deep-seated desire.

Runzhen Garden is 

designed with a vibrant green

 "roof" as its starting .

 The roof blurs the boundary between the community 

undertaking the function of 

 between residential

 areas and the city, space, and social

 interaction,

丛林下生命的肆意生长

在住区与城市相接的街区

树冠之下的生机将城市与生活重新联系起来

我们试图将“丛林的生命力”

从自然中渗透到身旁可停留的生活之间

赋予空间更多可能

In the triangular street block where the residential area meets the city, we attempt to use different combinations of blocks and plants to permeate the "vitality of large trees" from nature into the surrounding livable spaces.

粘叶豆具有东方丛林气质

以此为骨架体现商业的原生与松弛感

The sticky leaf bean possesses an oriental jungle charm, embodying the originality and relaxation of commerce

檐下流淌的石影水涧

在与建筑的共创之际

便一致达成穿檐而过的归家仪式

屋檐之下既能成为风景

又与整体环境结合提供庇护包容的场所感

Under the eaves

 can also become a beautiful scenery

It also combines with 

the overall environment to 

provide a sense of shelter 

and inclusivity

·石影水涧

浮岛间的流光溢彩

住区入口虽藏身于“屋檐”之后

其点点光芒早已从错落丛林间流淌而出

吸引行人驻足、观望

Although the entrance of the residential area is hidden behind the "roof eaves", its scattered lights have already flowed out from among the scattered trees, attracting passersby to stop and look.

流水绿洲

门廊之后，空间由开放转为内向

建筑围合形成的空间是塑造流水绿洲极有利条件

叠瀑从山石间倾落

水流的冲击下形成碧潭、水涧、浮岛等自然印记

不同体量的景石强化空间的立体雕塑感

植物生长在浮岛之间

Behind the porch, the space transitions from open to introverted.The space enclosed by the buildings is an ideal environment for creating a flowing oasis.

Cascading waterfalls cascade through the rocks.

The impact of the water creates natural features such as clear pools, streams, and floating islands.

Stones of varying sizes enhance the three-dimensional sculptural quality of the space.

Plants grow between the floating islands.

体块穿插的构成感延续到叠瀑背后

自然侵入让天井灰空间重燃生机，建筑、景观、山石、树木在此融汇

The interlaced composition continues behind the cascading waterfall.

The intrusion of nature revitalizes the gray space in the attic, where architecture, landscape, rocks, and trees merge.

都市的自然主义

格栅与植物的交融充当自然的载体

将入户花园包裹在一张光影交错的画布之上

在旭阳倾洒之时，在风吹树动之刻，便兑现了“我们无数次被自然治愈”的承诺

The integration of grilles and plants serves as a natural carrier, enveloping the entrance garden within a canvas of intertwined light and shadow. As the sun shines down and the wind rustles through the trees, it fulfills the promise of "we are healed by nature countless times".

在屋顶预留一片留白之地

我们期待每位居民都可在此找到自己的自然叙事

或许是静坐听风的老人

或许是聚会畅谈的朋友

也或许是鸟鸣与风吹树叶的声响

A blank space is reserved on the roof.

We hope every resident can find their own natural narrative here.

Perhaps it's an elderly person quietly listening to the wind.

Perhaps it's friends gathering and chatting.

Or perhaps it's the sound of birdsong and wind blowing through the leaves.
