The complex was designed to meet international standards, using advanced glass, steel, and concrete forms, to give a modern and sophisticated look that reflects the beauty of Dubai while incorporating the natural environment. Villas are stacked in a staggered manner to reinforce its linkage with the main tower, formulating one composition. While the height of the podium was utilised to achieve the required parking count.
