我们结合了功能和美学，为员工营造了一个促进动态工作环境的办公空间，既适应了正式客户会议，也促进了员工之间的非正式交流。提供升降桌、声学电话亭，电子切换膜来控制光线和隐私，充足的自然光，甚至融入艺术疗法，为员工提供全面的体验。

Despite the variations in design language and color schemes between these two zones, our paramount objective was to maintain the overall brand identity of Julius Baer consistently across the entire office, in accordance with the client's specific instructions. This approach guaranteed a consistent and recognizable brand image for clients worldwide, in line with the company's vision of transparency and openness.

The project involved thorough research to identify and utilize materials available in India that aligned with global guidelines, emphasizing both international standards and local adaptability.

To create a harmonious and unified environment, the project included Swiss artwork and adhered to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across both client and employee areas.

In grasping the fundamental values of Julius Baer, Space Matrix identified their robust culture of high performance, placing significant importance on employee autonomy and fostering collaborative relationships with clients.
