2020年6月10日，株洲苏宁广场招商发布会举行。这也意味着，湖南首家苏宁广场，一个总体量18万方，规划商铺200余个，汇聚购物、休闲、娱乐、餐饮等多元化城市功能于一体的商业综合体。该项目的整体方案及业态布局由Haskoll设计并参与始终。

The overall program and layout of the project was designed and participated by Haskoll at all time.株洲苏宁广场地处株洲市新兴核心商圈——新河西商圈，位于天元区庐山路与黄河北路交汇处，区域价值日益凸显。The transportation around Zhuzhou Suning Plaza is convenient, with 8 direct bus lines, Zhuzhou Avenue and Tianyi Highway connecting the surrounding cities, and the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao expressway passing through the region and connecting with the whole country. The traffic radiation is perfect, which continuously infuse the vitality of crowds into the project.
在业态规划上，株洲苏宁广场引入时尚精品零售、国际快时尚、潮流运动、特色餐饮、休闲娱乐、儿童体验配套等业态。 In terms of format planning, Zhuzhou Suning Plaza introduces boutique fashion retail, international fast fashion, trend sports, characteristic catering, leisure and entertainment, children's experience supporting formats, etc.Haskoll在设计过程中运用了最先进的DSV数字化空间价值智慧解决方案技术对客群动线进行动态的模拟分析。Haskoll use the most advanced DSV Digital Space Value technology in the design process to dynamically simulate the customer line.苏宁易购、苏宁影城、家乐福等苏宁自营主力业态也将全面入驻，致力于打造株洲市首席一站式时尚潮流购物中心，为顾客提供更多丰富的消费内容。
Suning.com, Suning Cinema, Carrefour and other self-operated main formats of Suning will also be fully settled, committed to building zhuzhou city's chief one-stop fashion shopping center, to provide customers with more rich consumption content.
在商业空间设计上，Haskoll强调空间的关怀及体验性，以丰富的文化、空间元素建立人与自然、人与空间的连接，创造独特的体验式商业空间。In terms of interior space design, Haskoll emphasizes the care and experience of space, and creates unique experiential commercial space by establishing the connection between people and nature and between people and space with rich cultural and spatial elements.株洲苏宁广场内部空间由“云庭”圆形中庭串联主入口、长街中庭、公区走廊及主力店。The inner space of Zhuzhou Suning Plaza is connected with the main entrance by the circular atrium of "Cloud Garden", the atrium of pedestrian street, the corridor of public area and the main store.
“云庭”的创意使空间和谐共融，强化了“云”的图景，消解了巨大建筑体量对空间的压迫感，也为建筑赋予了更为深邃的文化寓意。
The creativity of "Cloud court" makes the space harmonious and integrated, strengthens the picture of "Cloud", eliminates the sense of pressure from the huge building volume to the space, and also endows the architecture with more profound cultural implication.
室外下沉广场
内部还加装了极具特色的室内水景、下沉广场及室内游乐区，整体造型简洁明快，线条清晰，保留了视觉美感的同时，也赋予了空间交互休闲娱乐的功能，现代感十足。The interior is also equipped with a very distinctive interior waterscape, sunken square and indoor recreation area. The overall shape is simple and lively, with clear lines, which retains the visual aesthetic feeling and at the same time endows the space with the function of interactive leisure and entertainment with a modern sense.
