作为河内市内最大的湖泊美景，越南西湖是千百年来历朝王侯将相建造雅宅的首选之地，如今更是云集了喜来登、洲际等一众顶尖奢华酒店。Aedas受业主委托，在毗邻湖畔的绝佳地段，打造一座集奢华住宅、高端公寓、五星酒店及休闲购物于一体，且从周边古迹楼阁中脱颖而出的综合体地标西湖Iconic Towers。面对这一极具挑战性的设计任务，Aedas执行董事涂有福以构建全新都市水滨生活方式为导向，在极具辨识度的建筑轮廓中创造出了宜居新典范。

地块毗邻湖畔，可踏水嬉戏，将水天一色的河内天际线及千年古迹尽收眼底，又正处内排国际机场、河内中央商务区以及北宁省的商业文化中心宝宁市之间，对于河内城市复兴发展有着重要意义。面对优越的景观资源，团队力图构建全新的都市水滨生活方式，以室内外生活空间的无缝衔接，打破都市生活与自然风光的隔阂界限，通过步行友好的环境和便捷的配套休闲设施，塑造宜居的活力滨水社区。

尽享西湖美景

Lake View for Every Apartment and Hotel Room

项目包括四栋三层楼的住宅别墅、七栋豪华住宅公寓楼、一栋品牌住宅楼、一栋39层五星级酒店及服务公寓楼。塔楼之间由天桥彼此相连，并设有直升机停机坪和屋顶餐厅。该开发项目的设计包括一个带中央景观的中央庭院花园，该花园带有一个三层的地下停车场，并配备了辅助设施。

展现了当代都市背景下的滨水度假生活

Embodying a Contemporary Waterfront Resort Lifestyle 

场地为矩形，设计通过精心调整建筑朝向，让滨水景观价值最大化。同时，建筑的安全性和私密性也是设计所面临的重要挑战。该项目容纳多样的用户群体，从居民，到商业社区的长期租客和酒店住客。

The rectangular site requires careful orientation of the building to capture the view of the waterfront fully. The building’s security and privacy was also a challenge in designing the project as the building will be used by many types of users such as residents, long-term renters from the business community and hotel guests. 

团队将自然景观融入设计，沿水滨区域构建社区，吸引住户的同时，确保每座公寓和酒店房间都可尽享湖景。在现代化的设计中融入开放式空间，并将室内外居住空间无缝衔接过渡。大阳台，全高玻璃窗和大推拉门用于将自然光和新鲜的西湖微风带入住宅。

Creating communities along the waterfront, the development aims to form the natural landscape into the design to engage the residents and ensure lake view for every apartment and hotel room. The contemporary design incorporates open plan spaces and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Large balconies, full-height glazing and large sliding doors are used to bring natural light and the fresh West Lake breeze into dwellings.

Seamlessly Cultivating Natural Landscape into the Project Design 

滨水区交通便捷直接，开发中心内设有大量景观，住户可以融入并尽享滨水环境下的自然美景。特色公寓滨水设有全天候泳池，可在其中俯瞰西湖。

With easy and direct access to the waterfront and extensive landscaping within the heart of the development, residents will be able to engage and enjoy the waterfront and natural surroundings. Featured apartments are located along the front of the waterfront and are designed with all-weather swimming pools that overlook West Lake. 

团队清除了所有障碍物，以期最大限度提高水体视野。同时为实现每座塔楼独特的识别度，设计以错落有致的布局中，最大限度呈现每一座塔楼，使其从邻近的塔楼中脱颖而出。

All obstruction has been cleared to maximize the view of the waterbody and grant each tower its own identity. Towers have also been staggered on the plot to maximize the building edge and allow each tower to stand out from their neighbours.

为实现构建全新都市水滨生活方式的愿景，设计打破常规建筑轮廓，将塔楼以向滨水方向，如同梯田般高度逐渐递减，在宜人的尺度间尽享滨水美景。

Since an idyllic setting and recreational lifestyle is promoted along the waterfront, the design strives to break down the scale of each tower by terracing down the tower height towards the waterfront.
