The MLB fashion apparel brand was founded in 1997. As an international first-line fashion brand, it is widely known as the "Asian Fashion Benchmark" in the industry. EDS Interior's spatial strategy planning, design, project management, and construction teams worked closely together to deliver an efficient and new corporate headquarters for MLB. It brings an unforgettable space experience for visitors and employees, reflects the core competitiveness of the company, and promotes innovation and business development in an environment that cares about physical and mental health.

前厅运用大面积的灰色木饰面和素净的米色pvc地板，奠定了简洁优雅的基调。在有序分散的射灯点缀下，显得更加通透明亮。前台选用底色为米色的马赛克花纹，搭配简洁艺术感的吊灯，为这个空间增加了一丝俏皮。在底部的凹槽装上灯带，更好的为到访者进行指引。

The lobby uses a large grey wood finish and a plain beige PVC floor to create a simple and elegant keynote. In the orderly disperse shoot the light ornament below, appear more fully bright. The front desk selects the Mosaic pattern with beige as the background color and the chandelier with simple artistic feeling, which adds a niftier look to this space. At the bottom of the groove installed on the light belt, better guidance for visitors.

高饱和的糖果色的定制茶水柜搭配光乳白色大理石吧台，构成了“L”型的小确幸茶水间。轻松明亮的色调，在疲惫的工作中注入能量糖分。走出茶水间，便是马卡龙色系家具搭配的休闲区。这片空间可供员工享用午餐、边喝咖啡边开会，以及举办非正式的全体活动或承办外部活动。

The tea cabinet is unique with high-saturated and candy-colored accents. The L-shaped pantry is customed with a light-milky white marble bar. The bright tone creates an energetic mood. A leisure area is situated outside the pantry. This space can be used by employees to have lunch, have coffee breaks, meetings, and events.

In a discussion with key decision-makers, EDS examined the unique culture of the client, understood the needs, and brainstormed ideas on future working methods and spatial experiences. This brand-new office space is brightly colored, comfortable, and pleasantly ideal. The court’s green grass is designed to support collaboration. The corridors are spacious, which is conducive to constant interaction. It creates a community space with a sense of belongingness.
