本案位于宁波鄞州区，漫步华著景致，踱步史前的河姆渡文化，设计沿着千年文脉线索，衍生当代城市的人居典范，将水元素大量运用于空间，以现代艺术语言直抒胸臆，体现了沿水而居的江文化与邻里的人居尺度。

秉持简洁大气，自然活力的设计原则，并在设计中添加多元化艺术元素，营造尊崇独享的进阶体验式景观空间。整体布局严整开朗、井然礼序，以尊崇之美传递空间价值，“一心、两轴、四节点”的景观体系让空间更多元化。

“一心”即小区南北两轴交汇形成中心的碧波水景区，主要围绕特色水景、休闲区来营造。“两轴”即小区的中心景观轴，中心景观轴通过前广场、阳光草坪区、沿河主题休闲活动带、邻里交流区，融合纵向景观轴贯穿全地块，使社区景观与建筑完美融合。
"One heart" refers to the central water scenic area formed by the intersection of the north and south axes, which is mainly built around the characteristic waterscape and leisure area. "Two axes" is the central landscape axis of the community, including the front square, the river-themed leisure activity zone and the neighborhood communication area. 主题基调围绕亲子互动，增加了整个场地的个性与特色，场所通过滑梯、攀爬网、运动器材等互动设施，给孩子以沉浸式娱乐体验，释放童年天性，周边铺设休息区成为家长陪护和休憩空间。
