普利斯设计集团上海事务所近期落地的未来城示范区项目作为未来大区的价值体现，便通过景观展示了一种公园化居所的可能性。这一由徽创和佳兆业在合肥市西南部的肥西县联合开发的住宅区以“每一位居民楼下就应是大公园”的理念为出发点，融入活力、绿色、自然、全民参与等公园式住宅特质，希望通过景观空间的营造让居住在其中的人们可以沉下心来体验、参与、共同经营社区生活居所。

Offering a glimpse into future community, the recently completed Future City Display Area project has shown a possibility of a park-like residence through landscape design delivered by Place Design Group Shanghai Office. Jointly developed by Hui Innovation and Kaisa Group in Feixi, southwest of Hefei City, the project builds on the idea of ‘park-like living residence’, and incorporates design elements that are characterised by liveliness, greenery, and nature, while also providing opportunities to engage people of all ages in the outdoor space.

示范区为未来大区提供了一个先导性的体验空间。景观布局建立在一条大型弧形路径的基础之上，以标志性的螺旋形构筑物为点睛，营造出轻松明快、现代简洁的空间氛围，给人带来仿佛漫步于大公园中的体验。

The whole site provides a pilot experience for the future development. Our design settled on a large arcing path punctuated by an iconic spiral structure, producing a kind of relaxing, lively, simple yet strong impression that one would feel like wandering in a park.   

第一重入口被设计成为一个抬高的、充满光线的接待大厅，立面使用了可以透景的水纹玻璃，为大厅内外景观的交融与互动创造机会。

Entry is designed to be an elevated light filled lobby whose side are rippled glass to allow a hint of the landscape to come.

在起始于入口、环绕建筑的大弧形步道上便能看到中心草坪边上的螺旋形廊架和环绕建筑的大型镜面水景。在这里，曲线元素的使用对体块感的建筑语言形成修饰和互补，水面上的树阵也柔化了周围的建筑空间。

When progressing along the path visitors encounter a spiral structure and a large water feature surrounding the building in an arcing shape. Here, the design explores the idea of how curve elements may modify the architecture expression that is very strong and linear. The introduction of mature trees planted within the water feature further adds a softening touch to the surrounding environment.

结合建筑提供的架空层空间所设计的开阔大水面带来了空间的延伸感，使得外场与建筑内庭院空间相互渗透，但又有一定的区隔，因此很好地保留了前场动态空间和内庭院静态空间的连通性和独立性。

Combining the stilt floor space, a large open water feature is designed to be extended into the internal courtyard, creating a visual connection while also maintaining relative independence between the dynamic external space and the quieter internal space.

以螺旋型廊架为主体的节点广场是广场上的一个视觉焦点。形态简洁、轻巧的架空式的设计，辅以同样浅色调的铺装和中心的点景大树，对整个前场空间起到了提亮和点睛的作用。

An iconic visual focus in the front square, the steel structure manifests in a simple, light and overhead form, complemented with the paving and the feature tree in the centre has brightened the whole site.

这个廊架起始于一个弧形的吧台，然后逐渐演变为一个上升弧形架构，在端头与建筑形成对话，也构成通往内部景观的第二个入口。

The structure starts its story as a table and becomes a rising curving form and culminates at a point creating a dialogue with the architecture, forming a second gateway to the internal landscape.

整个外场空间营造了一条公园式的景观廊，以简洁明快的基调带给人一种直观的空间感受，和对它作为生活居所的体验和想象。

The whole external site creates apark-style landscape corridor with a lively tone that brings an immersive experience and imagination of it as a living residence.

示范区的内庭院设计则着重于更为安静、轻松的场所氛围。首先是建筑前的小广场运用高差处理为台地，带来入内的第二重仪式感。

The inner courtyard design focuses on the creation of a quieter and more relaxed environment. The small plaza in front of the building is constructed into a platform with height difference, creating a transitional space before entering.

 
庭院内部由建筑围合而成的空间被打造为一个室外客厅。在林下小坐，能感受到阳光、树荫、水景和雕塑与四周环境之间的微妙互动，远眺时则能看到隔水相望的外部景观。

Providing areas to sit and talk, the internal courtyard can be regarded as an outdoor living room. Sitting under the trees, people can feel the subtle interaction between sunshine, shade, and the sculptural elements interacting with the water reflecting their surroundings.

 
未来城示范区的景观设计中所设想的是对公园式生活居所的展示，它既可以是开阔、活跃的，也可以是安静、惬意的，更是为未来社区所包含的丰富生活场景提供了一个缩影。 

Realized in the landscape design of the Future City Display Area is a park-like residential community that can be both open and cozy, active and relaxed, while being able to provide supportive environments for rich living scenes.
