The project is located inthe core area of blue new district, provincial economic and technologicaldevelopment zone, jimo district, Qingdao city. The surrounding transportationis convenient and complete.The design is based on the concept of streets andalleys, and the theme culture of seven Chinese courtyards is developed.

逐级而上的台阶、中式韵味的庭院灯以及典雅格栅等元素尽显南区大门的尊贵大气。新中式挑板做镂空处理，使得天、地、人融合统一。带给业主震撼的归家仪式感。

Elements such as step bystep stairs, Chinese-style courtyard lamps and elegant grilles fullydemonstrate the noble atmosphere of the southern gate. 

The new Chinese-stylepick board is hollowed out to make the sky, earth and people merge and unify.Brings a shocking sense of homecoming ceremony to the owner. 

北区大门以现代语言阐释中式院落文化，门府方正挺拔，形象界面庄重典雅。两侧对植桂花，增添生趣。

The gate of the NorthDistrict interprets the Chinese courtyard culture in modern language. The gatehouse is upright and straight, and the image interface is elegant and elegant. Onboth sides of the plant osmanthus, add life.

使用镂空的金属格栅大门，与南区建筑形成对景效果。

穿过入口府门，开门见水。礼仪水景、对景景墙，营造变化流动的视线空间。所谓“有山皆是园，无水不成景”。通过水的重叠分层处理，呈现多种情态水景。

通过对中式元素的简化与再设计，将山水之趣引入归家园路，将樘院元素化融入小品部件中，体现中式文化韵味。

Passing through the lanedoor on the way home, the sense of belonging of the traditional Chinesecourtyard is formed and the fun of Chinese garden is embodied.

庭院巷子深深，墅与楼间，秩序井然，浓荫见礼仪。街巷错落有间，又见巷深，静待与自然的美好。

通过浅色与灰色的素雅材质搭配，体现现代中式建筑韵味。

以现代的设计手法，将传统“回”字纹融入、叠拼、融合于建筑立面之中。

Through the combination oflight colors and gray simple and elegant materials, it reflects the charm ofmodern Chinese architecture. With modern design techniques, the traditional"Hui" pattern is integrated into the façade of the stacked building.

将中式“渡”的手法，通过玻璃及格栅形成自然与室内的过渡融合，营造透而不露的雅致感受，小高层住宅单体以内敛沉稳的传统文化，融入现代设计语言，为现代空间注入凝练唯美的古典韵味。

The Chinese"crossing" technique is used to form a transitional fusion betweennature and the interior through glass and grilles, creating a translucent andelegant feeling.The small high-rise residential unit integrates the restrained andsteady traditional culture into the modern design language, injecting condensedand beautiful classical charm into the modern space.
