项目位于浙江省建德市梅城镇，周边规划前景较好，学校距离适中，教育医疗方便，距离旅游景点梅城古镇只有十分钟车程；小区背靠九峰山，临界新安河，地理位置及风水极佳，是天然的度假区.

The project is located in Meicheng Town, Jiande City, Zhejiang Province, with a good planning prospect, moderate school distance, convenient education and medical treatment, and only ten minutes' drive from the ancient town of Meicheng, a tourist attraction; The district is a natural resort with its unique geographical location and Fengshui.

梅城著名景点灵栖洞天中有 “石上生灵笋，泉中落异花”的意境，灵栖洞天由三个洞组成，分别是灵泉、清风与霭云。三洞分别以水、风、云见长。我们提取灵栖洞天中风的自由，泉的灵动，林的自然，以及云的沉醉，运用到示范区雕塑，景墙，树林，以及绿岛当中，提出“枕水而栖，梦回新安”的设计主题。

Lingqi cave, a famous scenic spot in Meicheng, has the artistic conception of "living bamboo shoots on the stone, flowers falling in the spring". Lingqi cave is composed of three caves, namely Lingquan, Qingfeng and Aiyun. The three caves are water, wind and cloud. We extract the freedom of wind in Lingqi cave, the flexibility of spring, the nature of forest and the intoxication of cloud, and apply them to the sculpture, landscape wall, forest and green island in the demonstration area, proposing the design theme of "living in the water and dreaming of Xin'an".

亲近自然的水景资源是我们最大的优势，在项目规划上有度假式酒店，我们希望依托酒店打造成度假式的居所，成为一个生态森林氧吧型社区，享受回归自然的绿色居所的设计愿景。

Close to the natural water resources is our biggest advantage. In terms of project planning, we have a resort hotel. We hope to rely on the hotel to build a resort style residence, become an ecological forest oxygen bar community, and enjoy the design vision of returning to nature green residence.

在展示界面上，延续建筑C字形的设计语言，运用实体墙与夹丝玻璃虚实结合一字排开形成极强的序列感。墙面上的金属装饰点缀墙体细节，两侧迎宾跌水与花境烘托广场氛围，人依水而入，线性铺装以及条形灯带营造出一种星河穿越的剧场感。

On the display interface, the C-shape design language of architecture is continued, and the solid wall and sandwich glass are combined to form a strong sense of sequence. The metal decoration on the wall embellishes the details of the wall. The water drop and flower border on both sides of the square set off the atmosphere of the square. People enter according to the water. The linear pavement and strip light belt create a sense of theater across the star river.

Historical ups and downs of Xin'anjiang

建筑与墙体有机组合，虚实相间，金属与石材的的碰撞，尽显精致细节，通过植物空间过渡，树影婆娑，透露出犹抱琵琶半遮面的隐逸之感。

The organic combination of building and wall, the combination of virtual and real, the collision of metal and stone, show the exquisite details, through the transition of plant space, tree shadow whirling, reveal the feeling of seclusion.

两侧形态各异的乌桕似乎是场地的主角，夹杂着光影的斑驳若影若现，身在林中却不知道自然在哪里消失。

The Sapium sebiferum trees with different shapes on both sides seem to be the leading role of the venue. They are mottled with light and shadow, but they don't know where nature disappears in the forest.

回头看抽象雕塑令人遐想，行驶在新安江上流水沿着一圈圈水纹跌级而下映衬着满园春色，跳跃的星星灯呼应着星空，正是应景了那句醉后不知天在水，满船清梦压星河的美景。

Looking back at the abstract sculptures, you can imagine that running on the Xin'an River, the running water falls down along the water lines, setting off the spring scenery of the whole garden, and the jumping star lights echo the starry sky. It's just the beautiful scene of "I don't know the sky is in the water when I'm drunk, and the boat is full of dreams".

菩提本无树，明镜亦非台，不用刻意的寻求，我们希望在这里人们可以享受回归自然的绿色居所，享受工作之余的野外休闲，享受行走的晚风与星河璀璨的自然。项目落成绝非易事，感谢各方的相互配合。
