MLA+ 在俄罗斯的项目之一：Shluzavoy Kanal 建筑群，现名为 I AM MOSCOW，位于莫斯科的商业集群，距花园环仅三分钟路程，错落着各大公司总部、高级商务中心和国际酒店。

两座建筑和谐地融入了遍布历史建筑的区域Zamoskvorechye，处于繁华的闹市却营造出了安静的氛围。从建筑的位置可以欣赏到音乐之家、Swissotel Krasnye Holmy 和莫斯科河堤岸的美景。

The two buildings are harmoniously integrated into Zamoskvorechye, an area full of historical buildings, but in the bustling downtown area, it creates a quiet atmosphere. From the location of the building, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the House of Music, Swissotel Krasnye Holmy and the embankment of the Moskva River.

通过重新设计提高价值

Raising value through redesign

项目位于莫斯科市中心的一个庭院内，地块原有的建筑是价格较低的棚屋。MLA+的任务是通过重新设计外墙来提高适销性，并获得城市建筑师的规划批准。接到任务时，建筑体量模型和内部布局均已经获得了有关部门的批准。

建筑群整体封闭，仅从少数外部位置可见。建筑位置十分靠近历史建筑，并且由于建筑体量和位置的固定，调整范围十分有限。如何在从空间和历史角度上都存在限制的条件下进行设计，是当时面临的挑战之一。

Project is located within a courtyard in central Moscow. It replaces low value sheds. Massing and internal layouts were already approved when MLA+ was asked to raise the marketability through a re-design of the facades and to get planning approval from the city architect.

The ensemble is visible only from few external locations. The blocks are located very near to existing historic buildings, and with massing and floorplans fixed the scope for adjustments was limited. The challenge was how to design within such a confining context, both spatially as well ashistorically.

在受限的情况下，MLA+ 提出的设计解决方案既简单又实用：

+ 减少面向外部庭院建筑的大部分立面细节：次立面

+ 在从外面可以看到立面的三个位置，参考莫斯科的历史背景，设计更精致的立面：主要立面

+ 针对围着庭院错落的建筑群，用优雅的立面将多样化的体量统一起来。

差异化为细节设计腾出预算

Differentiation frees up budget for detailing

通过设计的差异化，MLA+ 能够为大面积的二级立面施工节省大量资金，这些成本可以投资于更好的材料，更重要的主立面以及庭院立面的细节设计。

With this differentiation MLA+ was able to save considerable money for large areas of Secondary Facade, which could be invested into better materials and detailing of the more important Primary and Courtyard Facades.

后续

Ambition continued 

成功重新设计建筑群后，MLA+ 负责更新规划申请、外墙的技术设计和规范以及施工审查。我们说服客户在现场建造一个全尺寸的立面模型，有助于与总承包商测试细节并确保质量。

Following the successful redesign, MLA+ was responsible for the renewed planning application,the technical design and specification of the facade and the review of the construction. We convinced our clients to build a full scale facade mock-up on site, which proofed helpful to test detailing with the general contractor and to secure quality.
