As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will be a leader within ASPECT, working with Studio Directors and partners to strengthen the company’s profile, identifying business development opportunities and project procurement to implementation.

8+ years of professional experience in design development, project delivery and project management and team management.
Proficient in leading commercial complex, public realm, landscape planning, hospitality, high-end residential and international projects, guiding the team through the whole design process, lead the team in large scale competition.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp or Rhino and Lumion. Revit experience would be highly regarded.
Excellent client management skills, cooperate with clients and stakeholders, able to independently present to external clients and government in Chinese and English.
Experience in leading and mentoring team members to optimize their professional and personal development.
Able to attend media events and independently deliver speeches or presentations.

Landscape Architect/Project Leader –Shanghai/Guangzhou Studio

No less than 2 years of work experience for Landscape Architect; No less than 5 years work experience for Project Leader. Experience in commercial complex, public realm, landscape planning, hospitality,high-end residential Projects.
Project Leaders need to have the experience in leading/playing a role as main designer in at least 2-3 projects.
Proficient in design software, including CAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino and proficient in Grasshopper is highly regarded.
Excellent hand-drawing skills, able to express ideas quickly by hand.
Must be a team player and able to work efficiently, submit results timely.

Planting Designer
植物设计师
Your responsibilities will be mainly providing planting specialized assistance to projects from conceptual design to construction stage by working closely with the design team to provide initial planting guidance/principle, to review planting design deliverables and provide site visiting service as required. Besides, you are expected to establish and develop the systematic planting standard for studio.
职位期待候选人能全程参与并跟进各阶段的植物设计，包括但不限于提供从概念设计到施工阶段的植物专项支持，与设计团队合作，提出植物设计原则和概念、审核团队植物设计成果、根据项目需求前往苗圃号苗和提供现场服务。此外，还需确保为工作室建立完整、系统的植物设计标准，并不断更新。

Familiar with plant species, habits, and planting methods in mainly central and southern China, ensure cost control and good results of projects.
Proficient in design software, including CAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and other software skills.
Actively work with the design team from concept design to site support with clear
communication, good planning and organizing skills, time management skill.

BIM Designer (Landscape)

The BIM Designer (Landscape) is responsible for building and maintaining the BIM model of the landscape specialty within the studio projects. You are expected to collaborate with other disciplines, offer suggestions to optimize the landscape scheme, work alongside the detail development team to ensure timely completion of both general and detailed drawings during the DD stage, and to provide support and help with managing the entire project life cycle for achieving high-quality results.
You are expected to have at least 2 years of BIM modelling & production experience and familiar with the BIM collaboration process (involved in international projects and experience of BIM360 collaboration is preferred).
