“水通南国三千里，气压江城十四州。”...金华古子城前有婺水西流，后有北山蜿蜒至大洪山余脉。在金华这样一座“千年华章，长歌未央”的城市，设计师以“遇见理想水岸”为主题打造一处滨海度假风的精奢花园，成为金华罕有的现代生活美学与回归自然的融合的景观社区。
In jinhua, a city with "a thousand years of splendor and endless songs", the designer creates a luxury garden with the theme of "meeting the ideal water shore", which becomes a rare landscape community integrating modern life aesthetics and returning to nature.
伍道国际深度研读人居需求，以更具尺度感的新现代设计，大限度地将舒适美学赋予生活，通过自由的线条赋予空间生机，结合地形、铺装、构筑物营造空间流动感与秩序，在金地大境花园，居者可以享受轻松自由的时光，大境初显...追逐星辰大海的梦境。
The design deeply studies the living needs, endows comfortable aesthetics with new and modern techniques, and endows the space with vitality and order through free lines. Here, residents can enjoy relaxed and free time, and the big environment begins to show... Chasing dreams of stars and seas.

渐入佳境
ENTER THE CHARMING
一尺清雅，透净明亮
是水面荡漾起的波纹
无风，也可泛起涟漪
...
社区主入口前场空间对称的铺装形式配以简单纯粹的植物层次，令场地空间构图更具秩序感张力感，喷泉是流动的艺术，入楼处水景的设计既是点睛之笔，动静相映成趣结合主题雕塑更令其成为整个场地的视线焦点。
The pavement at the main entrance of the community is symmetrical and matched with simple plants, which makes the space of the site more orderly. The fountain is a flowing art, which is the finishing touch. The combination of movement and movement and the theme sculpture make it the focal point of the whole site.
中心泳池作为水系景观元素，也是大境花园独特的存在。灵动的线条连接起泳池与休息区的关系，以灵活的布局组织交通流线，借助光带的烘托，增添了柔和的浪漫气质，加强了景观整体的未来感和仪式感。
The central pool is a unique presence in the grand garden. Clever lines connect the relationship between the swimming pool and the rest area, with the help of the light belt, add a soft romantic temperament, strengthen the sense of future and ritual of the landscape as a whole.
水池底部采用类BISAZZA碧莎马塞克，刻画出水浪纹理在，彰显空间质感。形制考究的不规则池岸轮廓，奢华而不失清新的配色，点缀具有热带风情的绿植。
The bottom of the pool adopts masek to depict the water wave texture, highlighting the texture. Irregular bank outline, luxurious and fresh color, dotted with tropical green plants.
随着堆砌高差的不同，泳池呈现出层次感，在夜幕降临华灯初上时形成波动的光影效果，轻柔呢喃，湛蓝通透的池水，呼应着星空，给人无限的浪漫遐思。
With the difference of stacking height, the swimming pool presents a sense of layering, forming a fluctuating light and shadow effect when the night falls. The clear blue pool water echoes the stars, giving people infinite romantic reveries.
双侧观景台互为对景,使整个空间更富有层次感，这里是泳池区域最具活力的一隅天地，更贴合年轻人的生活方式和使用需求。在这里小坐茶叙 ，悠闲会客 ，享受奢雅尊责的同时又能增强邻里互动。
The two viewing platforms are opposite each other and more layered. This is the most dynamic place in the swimming pool, which is more in line with the needs of young people. Sit tea meeting here, receive guests, enjoy respect while can enhance the neighborhood interaction.
泳池旁的海心贝书吧借鉴了悉尼歌剧院贝壳形的设计手法,伍道的设计师从三江口的海丝文化中，提炼出视觉元素一海贝，通过流线排列、变形等手法，使同一个体的不同角度具有不同的观赏效果。
The seashell bar beside the swimming pool draws lessons from the design techniques of Sydney Opera House, extracts seashell elements, and makes different viewing effects from different angles through the design.
任四季交替，展现不同的光影交错，身临其境，让人不自觉的慢下来。台阶在均匀的光线照耀下，犹如月光倾泻下的玉石，柔美雅致。严格把控灯具投射角度与防眩问题，减少光干扰、光污染，实现和谐照明与美观兼具。完美诠释奢享城市与自然闲适生活。
Any four seasons alternate, showing different light and shadow interlock, let a person unconsciously slow down. The light shines like jade, soft and graceful. 大面积草坪形成天然氧气吧。动人的风轻抚，拨动心弦。被满目的绿意包裹，听蝉鸣风动。软景硬景相互交织，结合休憩平台的设置，串联出多维场地中不同的社区活动。闲适漫步于园区，闻香康氧，拾光其间...
