- 高级建筑设计师

职位要求：

拥有至少十年以上在大型商业, 酒店和零售类项目的工作经验；
具备出色设计能力；
熟练运用V-Ray，Revit / BIM，Rhino Grasshopper等设计软件；
流利的普通话和英语口语及书面写作。

- 高级建筑设计师

职位要求：

拥有七年以上在公共建筑，尤其是综合体、商业、酒店和办公类项目的工作经验；
具备出色设计能力或后期设计落地能力；
具备良好的团队管理经验和能力，以及和其他设计顾问的协调能力；
能够熟练运用Revit/BIM者优先考虑；
流利的普通话和英语口语及书面写作。

- 建筑设计师

职位要求：

拥有三年以上在公共建筑，尤其是综合体、商业、酒店和办公类项目的工作经验；
有较强的设计能力；
有良好的团队合作能力；
熟练运用软件V-Ray、AutoCAD；
能够熟练运用Revit/BIM 或 Rhino Grasshopper者优先考虑；
流利的普通话和英语口语及书面写作。

Requirements:

At least 10 years relevant experience for large commercial, hotel and retail projects with strong in design;
Skills in V-Ray, Revit / BIM and Rhino Grasshopper;
Fluency in written and spoken Putonghua and English.

- Senior Architectural Designer

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years relevant experience in mixed-use, retail, hotel and office projects;
Strong in conceptual design or SD/FDD;
Excellent skills and experience in team management and able to work with other design consultants;
Proficient in Revit/BIM is preferable;
Fluent in written and spoken Putonghua and English.

- Architectural Designer

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in mixed-use, retail, hotel and office projects;
Strong in design and team work;
Excellent with software including V-Ray, AutoCAD;
Proficient in Revit/BIM or Rhino Grasshopper is preferable;
Fluent in written and spoken Putonghua and English.
