Since the epidemic situation is getting better, our hearts look forward to an energetic holiday that close to the nature. We desire to have a look at the beautiful scenery along the way, to touch the ocean showered by the sun, to ski in the mountain covered by the snow and to hug the people with bright smile. All of this could come true at Club Med.

地中海俱乐部——法国知名度假品牌，提供一价全包的服务，倡导人与自然和谐共处的生活方式。骏地设计自2014年其在中国的第一家 Joyview 开始亲密合作，不断在设计与经验中碰撞，把法国度假酒店的基因充分融合于中国文化之中。

Club Méditerranée, commonly known as Club Med, is a well-known French corporation of vacation resorts, provides all-inclusive services, and conveys a harmonious lifestyle of people and nature. JUND has been cooperating closely since it's first Joyview in China in 2014. In the constant collaboration of design and experience, we integrate this French Touch signature into our Chinese culture.

项目背靠灵峰山，地势较缓，整个酒店坐山拥水，场地内以农田、茶园为主，设计以建筑与茶园、竹林、山体融为一体为主要原则，充分尊重现有场地，最大限度地减少对环境的破坏，建筑呈阶梯状依山布置，随着高低远近的空间序列变换，使其功能区块之间通过斜向扶梯、廊桥连接，为住客创造从内而外的度假体验。

The site is surrounded by bamboo forest and tea garden.To respect natural environment, the resort embraces the mountain and is fully in accordance with the terrain. Functional blocks are connected by escalators and corridors to generate comprehensive spatial experiences for guests from outdoor to indoor.

整个地块背山面水，拥有500多米一线山水景观岸线，一览千峡湖湖光山色的大好美景。平面布局上将酒店有景观诉求的功能区沿岸线布置，确保其拥有一线水景，其次借用场地和湖面最高水位10米左右的高差关系，将大部分酒店公区布置于沿岸地下向湖面敞开，使酒店落客区域呈现以纯净的水面和花田，为客人提供了不落俗套的抵达方式。建筑群落和自然环境完全融合，给客人以别致有趣的空间体验。

The site is surrounded by continuous mountains and Qianxia Lake. The functional spaces are fully in accordance with the waterfront and due to the 10m height difference between the site ground and the lake, most of the public areas are set along the cliff below the arriving area, so guests can have impressive experiences when arriving by facing the pure lake view and flower fields. The greatest feature is that the architectures are merged into the environment, which provides guests with the unique spatial experiences.

Club Med Lijiang is located in the area of Baisha ancient town. Our master plan is inspired by Lijiang urban texture and spatial form. The public area and the guest room area are arranged according to the terrain facing the mountain.The massing undulate due to different functional need. At the same time, the relationship between the water system and the building is in harmony.

项目位于河北省承德市兴隆县安营寨村，交通便利，群山环绕，西侧有长城遗址。基地地形复杂，最大高差近70米。主体建筑与南侧滑雪场毗邻，公区及客房围绕南侧活动场地自由展开，6层高的酒店客房楼呈Y字型，确保所有客房都有良好的远山景观。基地主入口远离南侧滑雪场，以实现度假酒店入口的独立性与私密感，入口处道路与内部场地设穿山隧道连接，营造出穿越时空、忽见世外桃源的独特体验。

Club Med Joyview Anyingzhai is located in anyingzhai village, Xinglong County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. The topography of the project is complex and the maximum height difference is nearly 70m. The main building is located on the south side of the property, adjacent to the ski resort, embracing the outdoor activity area on the southside. The 6-storey guest room building is in Y-shape, so as to ensure that all guest rooms have a nice mountain view. The main entrance of the resort is in the middle of the site far away from the ski resort to create a private feel.

项目位于界首乡界首半岛南侧，作为千岛湖亚运会度假村一期项目，毗邻2022年亚运会自行车场馆，依托亚运赛事及赛后场馆的再利用，提供一站式的运动旅游活动。设计尽量保留原生态景观系统,让建筑掩映于群山之中，建筑高低走势与山体相互协调，营造出和谐的界面。酒店建筑立面形象赋予江南传统建筑特色，化繁为简，弱化体量，融于自然。

Club Med Joyview Qiandao Lake is located in the south of Jieshou Peninsula, Jieshou township. As the first phase of QiandaoLake Asian Games village, it is adjacent to the Velodrome of 2022 Asian Games. Relying on the Asian Games, it provides one-stop sports and tourism activities. The facade design gets reference from the classical southern Chinese style, which is simplified and modernized, and focuses on creating an ecological experience, keeps low profile and integrates into the nature.

项目坐落在山东威海中心城区的北端，交通便利，背山面海。主体建筑模拟波浪的自由形态，向前围合出面海的富有活力的中心绿洲，向后围合出具有私密感的落客区。公区位于建筑中心，层层跌落顺应原始的台地地形，与两侧客房区共享海景且流线便捷，从公区出发，通过与景观结合的天桥可到达海滩，共享海边的活动资源，立面采用简洁现代的抽象波浪元素，造型舒展，天际线柔和。

The project is located in the north end of the central area of Weihai, Shandong Province, with convenient transportation. The site backs on to the mountains and faces the sea. The shape of main building mimics the form of waves, and encloses a dynamic central oasis facing the sea in the front and a private drop off area in the back; the public area is located in the center of the building, which conforms to the original topography layer by layer, and shares the sea view with the guest rooms on both sides, with convenient circulation; The beach can be reached through the overpass merged into the landscape, and water activities can be explored; The facade is modern style using abstract wave elements, with a relaxed building form and harmonious skyline.

“生活的目标就是要快乐, 能令人快乐的地方就在这里, 而令人快乐的时刻就是现在 …”Club Med 的创始人 Gérard Blitz 如是说，时至今日依然如此。骏地设计就是传递快乐的媒介，通过建筑形体与自然对话，通过建筑空间连接人与人的情感，通过建筑语言呈现千年的文化。

JUND is a belt connected to happiness, we create massing to embrace the natural, design space to link people together and use architectural language to represent the culture.
