The dynamic façade elements not only aim to create an iconic beacon along the East Vietnam Sea but also allow for the incorporation of outdoor living rooms and loggias, creating a seamless and immersive living experience by the sea. The layout of the podium also allows for a permeable space, allowing for high circulation and easy access in and out of the development.
