新城西岸公园景观设计以最具浪漫艺术生活典范的巴黎为蓝本，虽没有法式的风貌，但却有法式的神韵，让“巩义西岸”与“巴黎左岸”在文化气质上进行隔空对话，在项目设计过程中注入全新的浪漫艺术基因：浪漫、繁华、艺术、悠闲以及活力，重新演绎异域文化下的都市新贵生活方式，展开一场诗意与艺术的浪漫栖居。

礼赞广场既是整体项目台地景观的制高点，也是浪漫归家开始的地方。采用中轴对称形式的礼序空间入口，外界面景墙采用全石材贴面设计，简洁且克制，一树一草点景对植，营造着生机勃勃的礼赞氛围，让生活的仪式见证一天美好的开始，让礼序归家呈现温情有度的欢愉。
