6月22日, 法国AS建筑工作室发布了 Urban Business Lane （UBL）项目，法国驻埃及大使、TAMEER公司（埃及房地产开发商）代表及法国埃及工商总会 (CCIFE) 代表莅临了本次发布会。UBL项目是埃及新开罗正在崛起的商业中心，其设计理念是成为连接人与人的桥梁。在这里，历史与现代相遇，人才与企业家可以连接、互动。

Architecturestudio has unveiled the Urban Business Lane project, upcoming business center in New Cairo, during a reception hosted under the patronage of the Ambassador of France in Egypt, by TAMEER and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt (CCIFE) on June 22nd. The Urban Business Lane (UBL) is a pedestrian neighborhood designed to be a bridge between people. It is an environment where heritage meets modernity and where talents and entrepreneurs can connect, interact and strategize.

项目坐落在新开罗的未来的城市主轴——Urban Walk 之上，位于老城区和机场中间，紧邻开罗美国大学(AUC)，未来将成为一个极具活力的新区。项目包含五个区域，将是一个结合步行街、广场、公园、咖啡馆和餐饮的新地标。

Located in the upcoming area Urban Walk, on one of the main axis of New Cairo, midway between the historical city andthe airport and close to the American University of Cairo (AUC), Urban Business Lane will become a vibrant new destination. With its five districts, Urban Walk will be a benchmark destination offering pedestrian-friendly streets, squares and parks, cafes and restaurants.

UBL项目的一侧是AUC大道，另一侧是公园，体现了自然与都市建筑的完美共生。它将作为 Urban Walk 的一个重要节点为给这座城市带来一个新的活力中心。通过打造绿树成荫、空气清新的微气候，项目环境将会是四季怡人的。

Opening on one side to the AUC avenue and on the other to the park, the business district is based on a symbiosis between nature and urban architecture. It will initiate the new vibrant heart that the Urban Walk will offer to the city. Relying on the creation of a green, shaded and fresh micro-climate, the Urban Business Lane will be highly appreciated all year, even by warm weather.

Appealing rooftops linking visually and sometimes physically all the landscaped roofs of the project. Buildings will be immersed in the green environment of the park and contribute with their café, restaurant and wide terraces to its animation.

Rather than having the appearance of fixed volumes, the buildings integrate into their DNA the concept of motion. The treatment of the facades is driven by light and views. Arabesque-like frames, inspired by middle-eastern language and lifestyle, allow comfort, privacy and transparency while glazed panels offer the opportunity of open views on an elegant and vibrant landscape. The innovative facades of the"Gate Buildings", project Urban Business Lane into the future and stand as a strong signal of modernity on the AUC avenue. The extended screens feature state of the art hologram technology.
