近日，法国AREP设计集团姜兴兴一行拜访了西安市轨道交通集团有限公司（以下简称“轨道集团”），与轨道集团党委副书记陈红，投资发展公司（土地拓展中心）党总支副书记、总经理赵敢成进行了座谈交流，就加强双方TOD领域和合作进行了深入交流。

Recently, the delegation of AREP, led by Mr. Jiang Xingxing, visited Xi'an Rail Transit Group Limited (referred to as "Rail Transit Group"). They held discussions and exchanges with Chen Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Rail Transit Group, and Zhao Gancheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch and General Manager of the Investment Development Company (Land Expansion Center), focusing on strengthening cooperation in the TOD field.

会晤之初，陈红女士对姜兴兴一行表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了轨道集团今年的发展情况及业务布局，随后，赵敢成先生详细展开了轨道集团近些年在TOD一体化开发进程情况。陈红女士指出，AREP作为法国最大的设计集团企业，在轨道交通和公共建筑领域拥有独特的设计理念和强大的设计实力。她希望通过此次交流，进一步深化双方的合作，发挥各自的优势，共同推动未来城市枢纽建设开发、TOD设计运营以及城市更新等领域的低碳可持续发展，实现互利共赢的美好愿景。

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Chen Hong warmly welcomed Mr. Jiang Xingxing and his delegation, and introduced the development situation and business layout of Rail Transit Group this year. Then, Mr. Zhao Gancheng provided detailed information on the progress of TOD integrated development by Rail Transit Group in recent years. Ms. Chen Hong pointed out that AREP, as the largest design group enterprise in France, has unique design concepts and strong design capabilities in the field of rail transit and public buildings. She hoped that through this exchange, the cooperation between the two sides could be further deepened, their respective advantages could be leveraged, and together they could promote low-carbon sustainable development in the areas of future urban hub construction, TOD design and operation, and urban renewal, achieving a win-win situation.
