济宁市文化中心三期 | Laguarda.Low Architects

济宁市文化中心是山东省的重点项目，共分为三期工程，其中一期为群艺馆、图书馆和博物馆；二期为西泽立卫设计的济宁市美术馆；三期则是由Laguarda.Low Architects（LLA建筑设计公司）设计的商业综合体、精品酒店、四座文化创意基地办公楼及两座SOHO公寓楼。目前该项目的整体施工已接近尾声，建成后将成为济宁市乃至山东省和华北地区的一个地标性大型城市中心、市民中心商业文化综合体。

As the third phase of a multi-phased project, the Jining Cultural Center transforms the region into a thriving residential, commercial and cultural destination. Located within the Shandong Province of China, the mixed-use site presented an opportunity to unlock hidden development potential and create ambitious programming in harmony with four world-class cultural buildings.

2016年，Laguarda.Low Architects以此总体规划设计一举战胜其他国际知名建筑公司，被授予了设计邀请赛的一等奖并获得了本项目的委托设计。作为三期工程的总体规划和建筑设计单位，LLA尊重项目周边的建成环境与区域文脉，以一种整体而又协调的方式将三期的新功能和新建筑与该街区已有的公共文化设施完美融合。

In 2016, Laguarda.Low Architects won the first prize of the design competition and was commissioned to design this project. Laguarda.Low Architects’ approach questioned how the public spaces and new buildings could complement, but not overshadow, the experience of adjacent cultural institutions.

三期总面积达300万平方英尺（约合27.9万平方米），为整个场地增加了四座办公楼、两座SOHO公寓楼，一座精品酒店和商业裙房，以及四个街区商业单体。整体规划既考虑了与一二期文化场馆相连通，又保持了美学上的多样性。三期的设计通过+6.8米的高地公园大平台，形成自西向东的动态的台地景观，贯通整合整个场地，将七座新的建筑单体完美融入一二期的四个分散的文化馆（群众艺术馆、图书馆、济宁市博物馆、济宁市美术馆）。

The museums and urban complex are planned under one grand design discipline while still maintaining aesthetic diversity. Seven buildings are added to the site, including a hotel and retail mall, four office towers, and two residential towers (as well as four street-level retail pavilions). The design concept was organized around three core ideas: 1) a +6.8m platform that reaches toward the museums employing the natural topography as a basis for axial alignment, with the urban fabric fluctuating by pushing, pulling and wrapping to create unexpected in-between spaces;

设计师通过对场地自北向南整体曲线的控制，将三期部分七幢塔楼的形式整体联动、整合，使塔楼建筑单体及四栋街区商业单体在设计语言上一气呵成，互相呼应，整体贯通，并无缝衔接进入高地公园平台。

2) all seven towers are trimmed under one grand curve which runs from north to south to control the overall site profile; and 3) shifting curves transpire between the individual towers while they seamlessly merge into the elevated platform.

本项目的建筑和景观设计强调整体性、空间的延续性、公众的可达性以及曲线张力的传递。设计将景观作为文化建筑与综合体融为一体的必要元素，建立了一个包含公园、街区景观、商业、办公的多元化体验空间，为现有文化建筑做出补充。

By concentrating on establishing a commercially viable district with a park and streetscape that is both innovative and aspirational, the design successfully weaves together relationships between architecture and landscape.

济宁市文化中心三期的设计不仅是单体建筑的聚集，而是一个综合性的一体化设计。通过融合公共空间、商业及文化场所，为济宁市创建了一个综合的市民公共场所，为人们聚会、娱乐和探索提供了充满活力而又鼓舞人心的空间。

Retail-anchored buildings facilitate pedestrian activity and open spaces have the capacity for seasonal events to further activate the site. Connection by an integrated network of public spaces, concourses, and retail and food venues, creates an architecturally coherent district on an urban scale - demonstrating that retail-focused centers can function as civic spaces. Upon completion, visitors and residents are anticipated to have limitless options to live, work, dine, shop, stroll or sight-see.
