本项目位于上海市嘉定城区，其业主在工程建设领域专注于施工工艺。基于业主的办公需求，COLORFULL 昱景设计从创意性、市场性与社会性的角度切入，为其创造了一个具有艺术特色、富有文化的办公场景，以满足空间内展示、办公以及社交等多功能需求

This project, whose owner focuses on construction techniques in engineering and construction, is located in Jiading, Shanghai. Basing on the owner's needs, COLORFULL created an artistic and cultural office scene with the concern for creativity, marketability, and sociality to provide multi-function of display, work and socializing in the space.

▼ 项目概览overview

建筑空间被核心筒贯穿形成环形动线，根据空间机能演变为接待、办公两个内部环线，提供了最便捷的空间体验。建筑层高东高西低，且东侧拥有开阔视野。于是，由一个造型新颖的天花结构将人向东侧大堂引导，开放创新的国际化品牌印象随之呈现。内部空间融合了精湛的工艺及高雅的陈设布置，营造出稳重大气的企业专业形象。

The whole space is penetrated by the core cylinder to form a circular dynamic line, which evolves into two internal loops for reception and office according to the functions, providing the most convenient spatial experience. The ceiling is higher in the east than in the west, and the east side has a broad view. Therefore, we designed a novel ceiling structure in order to lead people to the east lobby, so that the impression of an open and innovative international brand is presented. The interior space adopts exquisite craftsmanship and elegant furnishings to create a stable and professional image of the company.

▼模数化的入口设计modular entrance design

入口大堂的天花设计上遵循人的视觉心理，利用竖向线条的元素加强了空间的纵深感。并以此为模数延伸至大堂，突出空间的连贯性，将原本割离的两个空间连接起来，丰富了流线上的空间体验。同时独特的造型也体现了业主施工工艺的专业性。

The ceiling design of the entrance lobby follows the visual psychology and uses vertical lines to enhance the depth of the space. The design extends to the lobby, highlighting the coherence of the space, connecting the separated spaces, and enriching the spatial experience in the flow. Meanwhile, the unique shape also demonstrates the owner's professional construction craft.

▼材料的碰撞与融合Contrast and fusion of materials

不同材料的质感对比，在统一的设计语言中又相互融合。空间以白色与木色构成了利落的体块关系，整体空间明亮开阔且简约自然。在统一的白色体块中，石材、发泡陶瓷与圆柱形白瓷砖的组合又形成丰富的层次感。

The contrasting textures of different materials are integrated in a unified design language. The space is bright, open, simple, and natural with white color and wood color forming a sharp block relationship. In the unified white block, the combination of stone, foamed ceramic and cylindrical white tiles creates a rich sense of layers.
