 BIM LEADER 

• 7+years of architecture experience;

• BArch or equivalent degree;

• Proven experience delivering large and complex projects using Revit;

• Advanced/Expert level knowledge of Autodesk’s Revit Architecture;

• Ability to identify and communicate areas where skills, tools and processes could be improved;

• Passion to share knowledge, and clearly communicate complex technical ideas with designers, managers and clients;

• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines;

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision;

• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment;

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.

 SENIOR HEALTHCARE PROJECT ARCHITECT 

• Candidate must have Project Architect experience with a China–based local design institute (LDI);

• Team player in highly collaborative, trans-regional, and cross-time zone working environment;

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to details;

• Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment;

• Architectural Licensure required, LEED Accredited a plus;

• BArch or MArch degree;

• Proficiency in CAD and Revit;

• 10+year experience in architectural field with experience in large-scale healthcare projects from concept design through construction;

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.

MID-SENIOR ARCHITECT (FAÇADE DESIGN) 

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Architecture and/or facade Design;

• Previous experience working on large and complex projects in all phases, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration Phases;

• A focus on Commercial and Corporate projects;

• Previous experience on Healthcare projects a plus;

• BArch or MArch degree;

• Architectural professional licensure a plus; LEED AP a plus;

• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

MID-SENIOR DESIGNER (ARCHITECTURE) 

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Architecture Design;

• Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills;

• Previous experience working on large and complex projects in all design phases, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development;

• Previous experience in Construction Documents and Construction Administration Phases a plus;

• A focus on Commercial and Corporate projects;

• Previous experience on Healthcare projects a plus;

• BArch or MArch degree;

• Architectural professional licensure a plus; LEED AP a plus;

• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

MID-SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture;

• Previous experience working on large and complex projects in all design phases, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development;

• Previous experience in Construction Documents and Construction Administration Phases a plus;

• A focus on Commercial and Corporate projects;

• Interior Design or Architecture degree from an accredited program (Master’s or Bachelor’s) ;

• Architectural or interior design professional licensure a plus; LEED AP desired;

• Experience in research and selection of materials and finishes;

• Experience with furniture selection and specification a plus;

• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

   

MID-SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - HEALTHCARE

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Interior Design and / or Interior Architecture;

• Previous experience working on large and complex projects in all phases of design, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development;
