Founded in 2004, Shanghai office is located in Tonglefang, Jing'an District, with about 30 architects from all over the world. Successfully completed various representative completed projects, such as Wison Shanghai Headquarters Building, Himalayas Center Daguan Theatre, Shanghai Jinqiao Science and Technology Park, Shandong Provincial Cultural Center, Tibet Natural Science Museum, Chongqing Science and Technology Museum, Qinhuangdao Club Med, Jinqiao Office Park II, Shanghai Tobacco Factory, etc. Recent key projects under construction and deepening include: Zhejiang Zhijiang Cultural Center, Nanhai Dali Culture&Sports Center, Ruian New Library, Quzhou High-speed Rail New City Smart Industrial Park Phase II (Zhejiang University Quzhou Two Academies), etc.

岗位描述：
办公用品购买及整理；
接听电话及来访接待；
负责预定出差行程中涉及到的车船票及酒店等；
日常一般性文件中英语互译
Requirements:
English or administration major with College or University Degree;
Good looking and decent appearance, be good at communication skills and with strong self-organization skills;
Fluency in both verbal and written English essential, French is a plus; good office and paper work skills;
Proficient in office series software;
Practical work experience is favorable
Description:
Purchase and coordinate office supplies;
Answer the call and receive the visitors;
Responsible for reserving ticket and hotel related in the business trip;
Daily document translation from Chinese to English or English to Chinese
